In recent years,with the continuous improvement of engineering quality construction requirements and the continuous expansion of the field of material application,people have put forward higher requirements for concrete.The high functionality and high performance of concrete materials have become important for the scientific development of concrete in the 21 st century.Direction,Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC)came into being.Reactive powder concrete(RPC),as a representative of ultra-high performance concrete,has been widely welcomed in engineering construction for its excellent mechanical properties and durability.However,the characteristics of reactive powder concrete,such as high viscosity and easy agglomeration of steel fibers,make it difficult to mix the reactive powder concrete uniformly with traditional forced mixing,which affects the further improvement of the performance of the reactive powder concrete.Mixing is an important process in the production of concrete.As a new type of strengthening mixing method,vibration mixing is still a blank in the application of reactive powder concrete.In this paper,through the vibration mixing test of steel fiber reactive powder concrete,the optimal mixing parameters and vibration parameters suitable for the reactive powder concrete are obtained;and the influence of vibration acceleration on the properties of the reactive powder concrete is further analyzed.The dissertation first briefly describes the development of reactive powder concrete and the current research status of vibration agitation,and then discusses the mechanism of vibration agitation and the effect of vibration agitation on the mixing process of steel fiber reactive powder concrete.The paper is designed through references and field trials.The mixing ratio used in the second test,and a test plan was developed to study the influence of mixing parameters and vibration parameters on steel fiber reactive powder concrete.The test results show that the strength performance of concrete is the best when the linear velocity of mixing is 1.6m/s and the mixing time is 6 min.Based on this,further experimental research on vibration acceleration of steel fiber reactive powder concrete is carried out.The results show that compared with ordinary agitation,the working performance and mechanical properties of steel fiber reactive powder concrete are better under vibration agitation;when the vibration acceleration is 4g,compared with ordinary agitation,vibration agitation has the most effective effect on improving the strength of steel fiber reactive powder concrete Significantly,and the minimum coefficient of strength dispersion;when the vibration acceleration is 4g,compared with ordinary mixing,the compressive strength of fiber reactive powder concrete at vibration mixing at 3d,7d and 28 d increased by 12.6%,15% and 15.4%,respectively,and the split strength It increased by 6.9%,13.4%,and 21.1%,respectively,and the flexural strength of fiber reactive powder concrete at 7d and 28 d increased by 20.8% and 26.2%,respectively,under vibration agitation.
