Purpose:To determine the anti-aging activity of oyster peptides and combine it with traditional masks to prepare a mask with anti-aging effects.Methods:(1)Human skin fibroblasts(HFF-1)treated with hydrogen peroxide solution(H2O2)and different concentrations of oyster polypeptide solution(OPP)were divided into groups,and SA-β-Gal staining kit,MDA kit and SOD kit to detect the anti-aging effects of OPP in different groups;(2)UPLC-Q-TOF/MS combined with multivariate statistical analysis to explore the anti-aging mechanism of OPP(3)Add OPP with anti-aging activity to the traditional mask,and investigate the physical and chemical indicators and sensory of the mask.Results:(1)OPP can enhance the antioxidant capacity of HFF-1 cells to a certain extent,reduce oxidative damage,and delay skin aging.(2)Non-targeted metabolomics analysis found that OPP and aging-related metabolic pathways include glycerophospholipid metabolism,niacin and nicotinamide metabolism,arginine biosynthesis,fatty acid synthesis and decomposition,purine metabolism,etc.(3)The moisture retention,anti-oxidation,oiliness and viscosity of the film under the appropriate formula are the best,and the stability and pH value meet the QB/T 2872-2017 standard.It is a healthy cosmetic skin care product.Conclusion:(1)Oyster polypeptide has significant anti-aging activity.(2)The anti-aging mechanism of OPP may be to change the content of anti-aging active substances and the speed of cell metabolism.(3)Combining OPP with traditional facial masks to develop a mask with anti-aging effects has great development prospects.
