| Objective: Developed an oyster pearl nourishing essence milk that meets the requirements of "Cosmetics Safety Technical Specifications"(2015 Edition)and has multiple functions such as moisturizing,whitening,anti-oxidation,and anti-ultraviolet rays.Methods: In this study,the formula of the essence milk was optimized through orthogonal experiments,and the stability,moisturizing effect and antioxidant effect were used as the inspection indicators.Finally,the optimal formula of the oyster pearl nourishing essence milk was determined.Next,in accordance with the "Cosmetic Safety Technical Specification"(2015 Edition)and "GB/T29665-2013 Skin Care Emulsion",the sensory,physical and chemical,and hygienic indicators of the essence milk and the skin irritation to the human body are tested.Finally,the efficacy of the essence milk is evaluated from four aspects: moisturizing,anti-ultraviolet,anti-oxidation,and whitening.Results: The raw material composition of oyster pearl nourishing essence milk contains glycerin 10.0000 g,isopropyl myristate 8.0000 g,dipropylene glycol0.6000 g,lactobionic acid 0.5000 g,pearl powder 0.1000 g,hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl cattle sodium sulfonate copolymer 0.0900 g,peony root extract 0.0030 g,twisted cactus stem extract 0.0005 g,oyster shell powder0.0001 g,etc.Routine test results show that the sensory,physicochemical,hygienic indicators and skin irritation results of the oyster pearl nourishing essence milk all meet the requirements of the "Cosmetics Safety Technical Specification"(2015 Edition)and "GB/T 29665-2013 Skin Care Emulsion".The results of the efficacy test show that the oyster pearl nourishing essence milk has certain moisturizing and anti-oxidant effects,and the anti-ultraviolet and whitening effects need to be further studied.Conclusion: This research has developed an oyster pearl nourishing essence milk with reasonable formula,feasible preparation process,diverse effects and long-term use. |
