To improve dark rare hardwood furniture enterprise ability of custom,deal with the problem of low efficiency of production,this article in the cabinet of MT enterprises,for example,through the research and practice,the design problems,rough machining and fine processing stage,based on dark valuable hardwood furniture and parts classification,structure and process characteristics,application of group technology in the study of the following:In order to realize the rapid retrieval and collection of part design process information and avoid the waste of design resources,this paper designed a part coding scheme containing 10 digits based on the mixed coding structure.This code can reflect the furniture type,part type,material type,mortise and mortise structure and surface treatment.In the design stage of custom furniture,the design efficiency and the standardization and serialization of parts are improved.In order to improve the efficiency of rough machining,the parts of furniture were analyzed,and the width and thickness of scattered parts were combined to reduce the types of parts.Taking 8 cabinets of MT enterprise as an example,the width types of optimized parts are reduced from 20 to 12;The thickness types are reduced from 15 to 12,and the dimensions are integral multiples of 5mm.Taking the production of 1 piece for each model as an example,the number of equipment adjustment is reduced by 80.73%after the size optimization,realizing the reduction of the number of processing equipment and tool adjustment,and the appearance and structural strength are not affected.In order to improve the production efficiency in the stage of fine processing,this project uses fuzzy clustering analysis and BP neural network technology to group 118 parts of cabinets of MT enterprise with different processes according to similarity.After effectiveness evaluation,a total of 16 parts families are formed,and the new parts are accurately grouped.Taking 8 cabinets with optimized size as an example,each one was produced,and the number of equipment adjustment was reduced by 65.51%.It can be concluded that the production efficiency of net material processing stage is improved by classifying small batch parts into groups.In this paper,the group technology is applied in the customized production of dark rare hardwood furniture,and a coding scheme of parts is designed to optimize the size of the raw material of the parts,so as to realize the reasonable group production of parts in the net material processing stage.It improves the custom production efficiency of dark rare hardwood furniture and has certain reference and promotion value.
