| With the rapid development of China’s economy,urbanization rate continues to increase,the per capita disposable income accounted for year by year,people’s demand for custom furniture is also increasingly high,so the production of China’s board type custom furniture industry is increasing year by year.Most of the artificial boards currently used in panelized custom furniture products contain aldehyde adhesives,which can release volatile hazardous substances such as formaldehyde.The epidemic has made consumers pay more attention to the safety of home products,and more and more attention to the formaldehyde safety of furniture products.In order to more strictly control formaldehyde,the new version of the national standard GB 18580-2017 "indoor decoration and decoration materials in artificial board and its products formaldehyde emission limit" stipulates that the artificial board and its products formaldehyde emission detection only use 1m3 climate chamber method.Because 1m3 climate chamber method more comprehensive simulation of the actual use of environmental conditions,etc.,the test results are more objective and accurate.However,its detection cycle is too long,which is not conducive to the daily production quality control,so the new standard recommends that enterprises establish the correlation between the 1m3 climate chamber method and other methods for interna]production control.In this paper,we take the artificial board used in the actual production of Oupai Home Furnishing Group as the specimen,and use the formaldehyde testing equipment in the enterprise laboratory to carry out the research on the rapid testing method of formaldehyde of artificial board for furniture.The main work and results are as follows.(1)The 1m3 climate chamber method and the desiccator method were used simultaneously to test 60 groups of melamine finished particleboard test materials,and the results showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient of the two methods was 0.717,and the linear equation Y=0.0225X+0.0085 was fitted with Excel with R2=0.5151.(2)Since the desiccator method has some reference value to the 1m3 climate chamber method,and the desiccator method is simple and efficient,the desiccator method collection model was redesigned to further improve the detection efficiency and facilitate the quality control of enterprises by changing the temperature and time conditions.After the test and verification of 60℃&6h.40℃&6h.40℃&3h.40℃&4h.40℃&5h.45℃&4h.45℃&3h40min.43℃&4h with a total of 8 conditions.the conclusion shows that the formaldehyde emission results collected under 45℃ for 4 hours are similar to the test results of the desiccator method at room temperature,where the coefficient of variation of the comparison of the two results does not exceed 20%of all data accounted for 56.2%,Pearson correlation coefficient R=0.955,linear fit R2=0.9125,that can be used as the test conditions of the rapid detection method.(3)For the rapid test method conditions,considering factors such as economy and ease of operation,two kinds of rapid testing temperature control devices for formaldehyde of artificial boards for furniture were designed in the form of water bath heating and resistance heating,which are convenient for rapid testing of formaldehyde emission of artificial boards during the internal production process of enterprises and can efficiently improve the testing efficiency control quality and provide safe and reliable furniture products for end customers.The rapid detection method derived from this study has been promoted and used within the enterprise,and will further accumulate test data in the daily testing work of the enterprise,and can be promoted in the industry after reaching a certain stability. |
