Construction Of Digital Model Of The Round-backed Armchair MBD

In recent years,the state has vigorously supported the development of the digital economy,and proposed a series of policies to strengthen the digital collection,preservation and application of cultural resources,while the digital protection and manufacturing of traditional furniture are still in a state of separation.This paper takes the round-backed armchair as a sample and uses MBD technology to build a digital model of the round-backed armchair to realize the integration of the design and manufacturing information of the round-backed armchair,so as to achieve the purpose of digital and intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,the digitization and manufacturing feasibility of traditional furniture are analyzed,and it is found that traditional furniture has CNC manufacturing conditions in the stages of material making,ingredients,machining,and engraving(decoration).integration of information.Secondly,the connotation of MBD technology and its applicability in the manufacture of armchairs are analyzed;according to the organizational structure of the MBD model and the design and manufacture characteristics of armchairs,the organizational structure of the round-backed armchair MBD model is built,and the quality requirements of the round-backed armchair MBD model are put forward.Furthermore,based on the MBD model structure of the round-backed armchair,select the round-backed armchair samples,collect data,process the data,apply the Pro/E software,and establish the round-backed armchair structure model according to the tenon and tenon structure design principles and the processing characteristics of the CNC machining equipment.The structural model of the round-backed armchair is subjected to static load force analysis and fatigue life test analysis,which verifies the rationality of the sample structure design,and obtains a sample armchair assembly geometric model suitable for production.Finally,using NX software,the integration of non-geometric information and geometric model of the round-backed armchair part model is completed,and the MBD model of the round-backed armchair part is constructed,and the feasibility of applying it to CNC machining is verified through NC programming based on the MBD model.The construction of the round-backed armchair MBD model realizes the preservation of the geometric information and non-geometric information of the round-backed armchair.The practice of NC programming based on the MBD model shows that the construction of the round-backed armchair MBD model is convenient for the technicians to extract the processing information of the parts and compile the processing technology.The construction of the round-backed armchair MBD data model will lay a solid foundation for the realization of the round-backed armchair digital manufacturing.
