unique edible oil species in China,and the Camellia oleifera seed oil produced from its fruits has higher unsaturated fatty acids and better antioxidant properties than other herbaceous oils.In recent years,the proportion of Camellia oleifera seed oil in vegetable oil consumption has been rising rapidly as the country’s emphasis on Camellia oleifera seed oil continues to increase.At the same time,consumers are also placing higher demands on the production process of Camellia oleifera seed oil.Drying of Camellia oleifera tea seeds is the first step in the production process of tea oil.At present,the main drying method is hot air drying,which uses hot air as the drying medium to reduce the internal moisture of Camellia oleifera tea seeds.The control of moisture content of dried Camellia oleifera seed is the key to ensure the storage time of Camellia oleifera seed and the quality of Camellia oleifera oil.The existing methods for non-destructive testing of moisture content of dried materials include the use of dielectric parameters for moisture content testing and the use of spectroscopic techniques for moisture content testing of dried materials,etc.However,the detection devices of the above methods are complex,mostly limited by the drying device and material type,and easily affected by changes in the drying environment.The moisture content of Camellia oleifera seeds oil in the hot air drying process has a strong correlation with the hot and humid air parameters around them.Therefore,this paper uses the changes in the hot and humid air parameters of Camellia oleifera seeds oil in the hot air drying process to establish a model for detecting the moisture content of Camellia oleifera seeds oil in the hot air drying process,and designs a detection control system based on the principle of detecting the hot and humid parameters of the mesh belt type Camellia oleifera seeds oil hot air dryer to realise the detection of the moisture content of Camellia oleifera seeds oil in the hot air drying process.The detection of the moisture content of Camellia oleifera seeds oil in the process of hot air drying was carried out.The main work and conclusions are as follows.(1)Based on the principle of thermal mass balance before and after hot air drying of Camellia oleifera seeds oil,a mathematical model of the hot air drying process of Camellia oleifera seeds oil was established in combination with the hot air test of Camellia oleifera seeds oil;the drying process of Camellia oleifera seeds oil under different drying conditions was simulated,and the relationship between the moisture content in the drying process of Camellia oleifera seeds oil and the parameters of temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the drying layer of Camellia oleifera seeds oil and the moisture content difference was analysed;the numerical simulation data of the drying process was obtained through calculation,and this was used as The numerical simulation data of the drying process were obtained by calculation,based on which the water content detection model of the drying process of Camellia oleifera seeds oil was constructed.(2)Construct a random forest algorithm-based moisture content detection model for the drying process of Camellia oleifera seeds oil.The drying conditions parameters and numerical simulation data were used to construct the oilseed moisture content detection model,and the input parameters and super parameters of the model were adjusted to optimise the performance of the model,and finally the experimental data were used to verify the detection performance of the model.The coefficient of determination between the predicted value and the measured value is 0.9841 and 0.9844,and the root mean square error is 0.0375 and 0.0355,respectively.The overall prediction result is good.(3)Hardware circuit and software system design of the hot air drying detection control system for oil tea seeds.Based on the principle of detecting the hot and wet parameters in the hot air drying process of Camellia oleifera seeds oil,the overall framework of the hot air drying detection and control system of Camellia oleifera seeds oil was clarified in conjunction with the control requirements of the mesh belt Camellia oleifera seeds oil dryer;the hardware control circuit of the detection and control system was designed,while the PLC and the upper computer of the detection and control system were designed and written respectively to realise the control of the execution components in the detection and control system,the relevant(4)Complete the design of the hardware control circuit of the testing control system.(4)Complete the installation and commissioning of the hot air drying detection control system for Camellia oleifera seeds oil,and carry out drying tests on the hot air drying platform for Camellia oleifera seeds oil,and use the test data from the drying platform to further validate the moisture content detection model for Camellia oleifera seeds oil based on the heat and humidity parameters.The results show that the calculated values of the moisture content detection model are in good agreement with the actual values,R2 and RMSE are 0.846 and 0.059,respectively.indicating that the method can effectively achieve the detection of moisture content in the hot air drying process of Camellia oleifera
