In the current era of global data,the indicators of enterprise business data are easier to grasp due to the development of Internet platform and iteration of technology,and the planning,coordination and distribution of enterprise financial data need to be further improved.The calculation of data is more accurate,and access channels are more convenient.The traditional financial budget work is affected by politics,economic environment,enterprise life cycle,technology development and other aspects,which can not meet the development strategy of contemporary enterprises;At present,in the budget management mechanism of industry and finance integration of most enterprises in China,there are fuzzy budget objectives,low efficiency in budget process and budget implementation,so that the effect of financial budget management is increasingly reduced.The Ministry of Finance issued guidance on the Application of Management Accounting in 2017,and proposed that budget management should follow "business leading,financial coordination,and embed enterprise budget management in every field,level and link of enterprise operation and management activities".In this paper,Y Company is taken as the research object to implement the budget management optimization plan of business financial integration,which can effectively strengthen the coordination and communication between the financial and business departments,not only improve the budget management of the department,but also carry out feedback supervision on the fin ancial and business work of the whole process.Based on relevant literature,this paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and case analysis,taking Y Company as an example,to study the optimization of overall budget management based on the integration of industry and finance.Firstly,it summarizes the theory of industry and finance integration,comprehensive budget management,strategic management,value chain theory,balanced scorecard theory,and further analyzes the relationship between industry and finance integration related business processes and comprehensive budget management.Second,by rich fusion of comprehensive budget management actual case analysis,elaborated the Y company current situation and existing problems of budget management:budget index and strategic goals do not match,budgeting and actual business deviating,unreasonable budget implementation and adjustment,budget analysis and control,budget examine with incentive not in time does not reach the designated position,etc.In view of Y company’s comprehensive budget management of industry and finance integration,a series of optimization measures,including industry and finance integration and overall budget target optimization,budget organizational structure optimization,overall budget compilation optimization,overall budget execution monitoring optimization,overall budget assessment and incentive optimization,and the optimization effect is analyzed.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for Y company’s optimization problems,including establishing an efficient information technology platform,strengthening the training of high-quality industry and finance integration team,and setting up standardized budget management process.It can play a reference role in the overall budget management of the same industry.
