Design Of Aging Bathroom Furniture Based On Jack Human Factor Simulation

With the increasingly serious problem of aging in our country,the demand for agingappropriate products by the elderly has increased rapidly.As an indispensable furniture product in the daily life of the elderly,the shower seat should be designed to reflect the care for the elderly.This paper takes the age-appropriate shower seat as the research object,and through the functional analysis of the existing shower seat products,finds more functional demands of the elderly,and aims to improve the safety,comfort and satisfaction of bathing for the elderly.specific design practices.The systematic design exploration is mainly carried out from the following aspects:Firstly,based on the "ADL Assessment Scale for Activities of Daily Living" compiled in the article "Comprehensive Assessment of the Elderly",the self-care level assessment of the research subjects was completed from multiple levels such as medical problems,somatic cognitive function and psychological state,and the physiological characteristics of the elderly were analyzed,The impact of changes in psychological characteristics on the behavior of the elderly in daily life,especially in the bathroom space.Then make a systematic analysis of the status quo and development trend of the old-age care model for the elderly,combined with the current state-of-the-art old-age care model,which is represented by "9073",summarize the commonalities and differences of the elderly’s bathing behavior under different old-age care models,and find suitable The design breakthrough point of suitable aging shower seat in the current pension mode.By determining the research object and research content,using literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,ergonomics and other research methods to determine the functional requirements of aging bathroom furniture.Firstly,the research on the characteristics of different pension models finds the design characteristics of furniture design suitable for aging,and then conducts field research on the elderly under three different pension models,and analyzes and summarizes the functional requirements and personalized characteristics of the existing bathroom furniture in the living environment.Study the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and then combine theoretical research and survey data to establish a human-machine-environment relationship model.Combined with the human characteristics of the elderly,the modeling style of the shower seat is determined,and the design direction is clear.Secondly,clarify the design positioning,and use the 5W1H six-he analysis method to propose the product’s crowd positioning,functional positioning and environmental positioning.Based on the design principles of aging-friendly furniture:safety,functionality,emotion,etc.,combined with the relevant theories of ergonomics and environmental behavior,a design plan for bathroom furniture is constructed,and the aging-friendly shower seat is realized through 3D modeling.Design.Finally,based on the Jack human factors simulation software,the ergonomic analysis and verification of the age-appropriate shower seat is carried out,and the dynamic and static comfort,reachable area,and joint force of the design scheme are analyzed to verify the comfort and safety of the shower seat.;At the same time,make a decomposition study on the physical production of the shower seat,discuss the structural structure of the auxiliary structure,and determine the power mode.Before the production of the product model,use solid works motion to complete the simulation analysis,optimize the structure size and dynamic parameters,and select suitable proofing materials to complete the sample production.Through the design of the shower seat suitable for aging,the versatility of bathroom furniture is improved,so that every elderly person can easily,safely and independently complete the bathing behavior.
