As an intelligent material in the field of micro drive,piezoelectric ceramics are more and more widely used in many fields,such as precision positioning,Nano Engineering,microelectronic engineering and so on.Piezoelectric actuator uses the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics to achieve precise positioning and rapid action.By analyzing the research status of piezoelectric driving power supply at home and abroad,with the increasing demand for the application of piezoelectric ceramic fast drive,the performance of the driving power supply also needs to match it.Under this research background,aiming at the application requirements of piezoelectric ceramic fast drive,this paper studies the fast drive power amplifier circuit.Firstly,in order to design a power amplifier circuit with fast dynamic performance and superior driving ability,we have an in-depth understanding of the topology of the existing piezoelectric driving power supply,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing circuit topology,and select the circuit topology with fast dynamic response and better driving performance,so as to prepare for the next research and optimization of circuit step performance.Secondly,in order to improve the step response performance of the power amplifier circuit,the DC coupled fast driving power amplifier circuit is deeply studied.Combining the actual circuit of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit with the theoretical circuit model,the mathematical modeling and simulation experiment of the actual circuit model are carried out,and the influence of loop compensation capacitance on the step performance of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.Through the loop optimization method,the step response performance of the whole power amplifier circuit is improved.Then,in order to solve the problem of dynamic response caused by capacitive load,the DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit and load performance are studied.Through the design of the power output stage of the DC coupled fast driving power amplifier circuit,the load carrying capacity of the amplifier circuit when driving capacitive load is improved.By combining the capacitive load model with the power amplifier circuit,the corresponding circuit load theoretical model is established.Theoretically,the influence of capacitance on the step response time of DC coupled fast driving power amplifier circuit is analyzed.Finally,the circuit schematic diagram and PCB of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit are designed,and the experimental prototype of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit is prepared.On this basis,the whole circuit design and experimental research of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit are carried out,and the step response time of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit is experimentally studied to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit;By optimizing the loop compensation capacitance,the step response time under no-load can reach 1.8μs.The step response performance of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit under different capacitive loads is experimentally studied.Through the quantitative analysis of load capacitance,the step response performance of DC coupled power amplifier circuit under specific circuit parameters verifies the accuracy of DC coupled fast drive power amplifier circuit and capacitive load model.The performance test of the whole circuit shows that the DC coupled fast driving power amplifier circuit can output 0~10kHz and 0~150V signals without distortion.The step response time is 12 μs when driving the load of 0.5μF.It has good dynamic performance.Its output voltage linearity is 99.49%,and its static ripple is less than 12mV.It has good static response performance.
