Coal is the most important energy source in China,and it accounts for 56.8% of the energy structure,ranking the top three in the world in terms of reserves.China is a big coal producer,and it is also an area with a high incidence of coal mine safety accidents.Various accidents have emerged one after another,causing a large number of casualties and property losses.Every coal mine safety accident is caused by a specific cause,and the risk of the accident may be one or multiple.Therefore,safety risk management after an accident is an area that has to be studied.Coal mine accidents have many types of accidents,and they also contain numerous cause risks,including illegal operations,ineffective management,etc.The cause risks have complex dependencies,and the degree of importance of risk factors is also quite different.Since there have got a large number of actual cases in the past,and the occurrence of similar accidents has certain commonalities,the current emerging problems can be dealt with based on the summary of past accidents.How to fully consider the characteristics of coal mine accidents in the process of case presentation and reasoning is the fundamental and difficult problem of this research.This paper uses a case-based reasoning(CBR)method to construct a historical case database,which expresses historical cases in the form of a triple of accident characteristics,accident risks,and accident responsible parties,and then compares the target case to the historical case.Degree analysis includes two aspects: similarity of characteristics of accidents and similarity of causes.The method based on case-based reasoning does not require all knowledge about the field of coal mine safety,which reduces the difficulty of problem-solving.At the same time,case-based reasoning presents the results in the form of specific cases,which are convenient for decision-makers to understand and use existing experience and knowledge.In the process of similarity evaluation,according to the unique characteristics of accident cases,they are divided into symbolic type,conceptual type and text type.Different methods are used to compare the similarity.The keyword is invoked as a vector to solve the similarity.In the analysis of cause similarity,the coal mine safety standards are creatively introduced into the case retrieval.The coal mine industry safety standards are formulated by government departments,and the technical specifications formulated by the unified procedural requirements within the coal mine production industry across the country are quite authoritative.Coal mine safety standards are to standardize processes and help prevent causal risks.The mutual reference relationship between the standards constitutes a standard reference network.The network index of each universal node is obtained by the method of network analysis,and the TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the various indicators of each node to obtain the importance of coal mine safety standards.Sexual sorting.Then import the customary text into the NLPIR software for text analysis.Through the study of the coal mine production safety standard system and the standard text’s attention to diverse risks,the importance of the risk is evaluated,and the result is used as the weight of the analysis of the similarity of the accident.Finally,calculated similarities are multiplied to obtain the overall similarity between the target case and each historical case,and similar cases are found.The follow-up treatment of similar cases has great reference significance for the target cases.Calculate accident risk and responsibility division of historical cases,and find the most prone risks and the most prone to responsible parties to solve the problems in the target case accidents in a more targeted manner.This is research on the risk of coal mine safety accidents.Provide new thinking,and provide guidance suggestions on risk management and prevention for coal mines with high similarity to the coal mines where the target case is located.
