Paraffin wax has been regarded as an excellent material choice for the preparation of phase change emulsion due to its wide range of phase change temperature,low price and extensive sources.Paraffin emulsion phase transition is the development potential extremely the latent functional thermal fluid flow.In order to solve the phase change is common emulsion of supercooling degree and low thermal conductivity,in this paper,on the basis of a large number of literature research,select suitable emulsifier and the preparation of nanometer materials,and the best way to solve the above problems at the same time,adding nanometer material and composite phase change paraffin wax emulsion,on this basis,the stability of the composite emulsion,thermal properties and flow characteristics are tested,and comparison and analysis of paraffin emulsion phase change before and after adding nano material property differences and reasons,ultimately determine the optimal proportion of main components composite phase change paraffin wax emulsion.It provides technical guidance and data reference for the practical application of phase change emulsion with nanomaterials.The main conclusions of the paper include:(1)The best stability of the paraffin phase change emulsion was obtained by using magnetic stirring speed of 1000 rpm,HLB value of10,mass fraction of composite emulsifier of 8%,n-butanol as the co-emulsifier and water phase was added drop by drop.(2)By comparing the stability,flow characteristics,thermal properties and thermal reliability of paraffin with different mass fractions,the optimum paraffin mass fraction of phase change emulsion was determined to be 15%,which was used as the mass fraction of paraffin for the preparation of composite phase change emulsion in subsequent studies.(3)By preparing the composite paraffin phase change emulsion with different nanomaterials and ultrasonic oscillation duration,and observing and comparing the static stability and centrifugal stability,it is suggested that GO should be selected as the preparation method of nanomaterials and ultrasonic oscillation duration of 40 min,when the composite phase change emulsion prepared has the best stability.(4)By comparing the flow characteristics,thermal physical properties and thermal reliability of the composite paraffin phase change emulsion with different mass fractions of GO,it is determined that the mass fraction of GO is 0.04% when the composite paraffin phase change emulsion has the best performance considering all aspects.(5)The addition of GO nanomaterials can significantly improve the thermal conductivity of paraffin phase change emulsion.Compared with the paraffin phase change emulsion without GO nanomaterials,the average increase rate of thermal conductivity of composite paraffin phase change emulsion with 0.06% nanomaterials is 15.41% in turn.(6)Adding GO nanomaterials can effectively reduce the undercooling degree of paraffin emulsion,reducing the undercooling degree from about 10℃ to about 4℃,and reducing the undercooling degree by nearly 6℃.
