With the proposal of the goal of emission peak and carbon neutrality,the industrial park,as the core element of realizing "double carbon",is the focus of attention,and the industrial park is the main spatial existence mode of industrial small towns.The transformation of industrial small towns has become an inevitable need.Moreover,with the introduction of ecological protection and high-quality development policies,it shows that the industrial model dominated by low-end manufacturing has seriously restricted the sustainable development of small towns,which deviates from the policy of high-speed development and transformation to high-quality development.It is urgent to introduce high-tech industries to improve the development power of industrial small towns under the background of high-quality development.In order to smoothly promote the process of urbanization and build an ecological civilization society,industrial small towns that blindly expand construction land at the cost of destroying the ecological environment need all-round ecological optimization and transformation.This paper introduces the concept of dynamic programming,takes industrial small towns as the research object,and explores the guiding path of dynamic multi-stage ecological transformation construction of industrial small towns in four aspects: land layout,industrial mode,transportation system and landscape pattern,so as to provide new ideas for the ecological transformation of industrial small towns.Firstly,by studying the literature review of dynamic programming,this paper combs and summarizes the origin and concepts of dynamic programming theory at home and abroad,arranges the literature review of industrial small towns from five aspects: land use,industry,transportation,landscape and transformation,and analyzes the achievements and experience of ecological transformation in Berkeley in the United States and Hammarby Sj stad in Sweden,This provides a basic research reference for the ecological transformation construction of industrial small towns in China.Secondly,it analyzes the current ecological problems of industrial small towns in four aspects: land layout,industrial mode,transportation system and landscape pattern,sets the goal of ecological transformation in the four aspects,and expounds the necessity of ecological transformation based on dynamic programming in each aspect.Based on the construction of ecological sensitivity evaluation system,this paper puts forward the ecological transformation path guidance method of dynamic "multi-stage planning",and constructs the ecological transformation guidance path of determining the development center,planning structure,dividing group stages,determining the key points in the group and dividing sub stages in the group in terms of land layout;In terms of industrial model,it has constructed the guiding path of ecological transformation in multiple stages,such as layout along the road,layout along core enterprises,industrial agglomeration,industry city integration,ecological transformation and regional integration;In terms of transportation system,the ecological transformation guidance paths of regional transportation,trunk transportation,secondary trunk transportation,bus greenway,riding greenway,pedestrian greenway;In terms of landscape pattern,the ecological transformation path guidance of landscape matrix,ecological patch,landscape patch,road green belt,traffic green corridor and natural corridor.Through the path guidance of four aspects and multiple stages,build the path guidance of ecological transformation to form industrial small towns.Finally,taking Weizhuang Sub-district in Changyuan city as an example,based on the investigation and summary of the current ecological problems,the ecological sensitivity of four single factors: terrain,water body,vegetation and land is evaluated,and the weighted superposition is obtained to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of Weizhuang ecological sensitivity,which can be used as the ecological basis for transformation and construction,and applied to the ecological transformation of Weizhuang town according to the constructed ecological transformation path guidance system,Finally,with the method of dynamic multi-stage transformation,the ecological transformation of Weizhuang town is realized in the aspects of land layout,industrial model,transportation system and landscape ecological pattern.
