| Internal control is a necessary part of the modernization of enterprise operation and management.The implementation of full-process,full-staff participation,and comprehensive coverage of internal control within the enterprise not only contributes to the sustainable development of the enterprise,but also has a sound and complete internal control system has also become the embodiment of the market competitiveness of modern enterprises.And with China’s proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,how to balance the relationship between economic and environmental benefits has brought new challenges to the petrochemical industry.Under this background,good internal control is of great significance to the in-depth transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Therefore,internal control has gradually become the key guarantee for petrochemical enterprises to achieve strategic goals and accelerate transformation and upgrading.As the largest petrochemical enterprise in northeast China,Y Petroleum Company is in a critical period of transformation and development.It is of great significance to establish a perfect internal control system for its transformation and development.Although the company has a set of internal control systems in operation at present,there are still some problems in details that need to be improved.This paper takes Y Petroleum Company as the research object,and its internal control is studied by questionnaire survey method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First of all,the research background,research purpose and significance of the thesis are comprehensively expounded,and the theoretical basis of the thesis is formed by reading related literature.Secondly,from the perspective of the five elements of internal control,the present situation of the company’s internal control is preliminarily understood through field research.Thirdly,the present situation of internal control of Y Petroleum Company is deeply analyzed through the questionnaire survey method,and the construction and implementation of the internal control system of Y Petroleum Company is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Combined with the questionnaire and evaluation results,the existing problems in various aspects of internal control of the company are found out,namely,the internal environment needs to be strengthened,the risk management mechanism is not perfect,the effectiveness of the control activities is doubtful,the information and communication are not smooth,and the supervision activities lack independence.Finally,in order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions based on the development needs of Y Petroleum Company,which are to strengthen the internal environment construction,improve the risk management mechanism,strengthen the effectiveness of control activities,smooth information and communication,and improve the independence of supervision activities.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference for other enterprises in the industry when implement internal control. |
