| The main drainage pump house of coal mine is responsible for timely draining the accumulated water in coal mine,which is an important part of coal mine safety production.Aiming at the problems of poor reliability,low degree of automation,frequent failures of drainage equipment and imperfect fault diagnosis system in online monitoring of main drainage pump house in mine at present,this thesis constructs an online monitoring and fault diagnosis system of main drainage pump house in mine with PLC as the core and acquisition card as the auxiliary operation to realize centralized control,monitoring and diagnosis of drainage system.In view of the nonlinear change of water inflow and high energy consumption of mine drainage system,aiming at reducing energy consumption,this thesis introduces the fuzzy control theory,involving the control strategy of stage electricity price,water level and water inflow.Through the simulation comparison with the traditional control strategy and the stability test with disturbance,the results show that the control strategy proposed in this thesis has obvious advantages.Aiming at the common faults of the mine drainage system,the diagnosis system uses the vibration acceleration sensor to obtain the vibration data,enhances the data characteristics through the minimum deconvolution(MED),uses the wavelet packet for five-layer decomposition,extracts the kurtosis,skewness and energy proportion of each node as the characteristic value,and combines the equipment state parameters collected by the pressure sensor and temperature sensor to input them into the RBF neural network as the characteristic vector,Get the final fault diagnosis result.According to the online monitoring and fault diagnosis system of mine main drainage pump room,this thesis develops the lower computer program in TIA Portal V15 software to realize fuzzy control strategy and automatic rotation control.Through King View and Mcgs Pro configuration software,real-time monitoring,fault alarm,historical inquiry and other functions of the main drainage pump house are realized.Finally,a test bench is built to verify the function of the monitoring and fault diagnosis system.There are 100 figures,11 tables and 103 references in this thesis. |
