After more than 70 years of development,China’s coal industry has achieved a historic leap from manual mining to fully mechanized and intelligent mining.Coal output has always ranked first in the world since 1989;The death rate per 10,000 tons has reached the level of the world’s coal-producing middle developed countries,and the coal industry has become a typical example of China’s strides to catch up with the times.This thesis takes China’s coal industry as the research object,and takes the influence benefit of coal mining mechanization rate as the research center.In terms of economic benefits,this thesis discusses the impact of the development of coal mining mechanization on coal output and industry profits.By using the LSTM time series breakpoint identification network model,combined with the CES biased technological progress framework,the types of technological progress in each mechanization transformation stage are analyzed.Based on the identification and measurement,the important contribution of mechanized coal mining in the coal industry to output growth is obtained;secondly,this thesis further uses the BVAR model to empirically analyze the impact of coal mining mechanization rate on industry profits,and analyzes the key factors that affect industry economic profits.elements are identified.In terms of safety benefits,this thesis quantitatively analyzes the safety benefits brought by the mechanization rate from the macro-industry level and the micro-enterprise level.Among them,the industry level explored the characteristic contribution and marginal effect of the mechanization rate on the mortality rate of coal million tons through externality theoretical analysis and the establishment of a random forest model;the enterprise level further analyzed the impact of coal mining mechanization on work by establishing a Bayesian network model.Hazardous factors in the environment,the work intensity of miners and the impact of miners’ occupational health.The main research findings of the thesis are as follows:(1)The relationship between capital and labor factors in China’s coal industry has undergone a transition from complementarity to substitution,and the type of technological progress has always been capital-oriented;The improvement of raw coal production efficiency has promoted the growth of raw coal production efficiency,thereby improving the output efficiency of the industry and realizing the effect of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.(2)Only after coal mining mechanization reaches a certain level can economic dividends be obtained.The investment recovery cycle of coal mining mechanization is long,and immediate economic profits cannot be obtained.Coal prices are a key factor affecting the economic profits of the industry.(3)There is an inverted U-shaped nonlinear relationship between the mechanization rate and the mortality rate of millions of tons.The safety dividend brought by the mechanization rate is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change;the mechanization rate is irreplaceable for improving the safe production environment of coal mines.effect.(4)The continuous development of mechanization and intelligence of mining by coal enterprises will help reduce the harmful factors in the working face,reduce the work intensity of miners,better protect the life,health and safety of miners,and improve the safety and benefits of coal mines.In order to better improve the safe production environment of my country’s coal industry and enhance the economic benefits of the industry,relevant departments should ensure the smooth operation of the coal market and prevent sharp fluctuations in coal prices;implement policy financing plans to support the intelligent transformation of coal enterprises;Innovation and intelligent construction of mining consolidate the achievements of coal mine safety management,further reduce the chance of dust exposure for miners,and achieve a fundamental improvement in the occupational health of miners.The thesis has 44 pictures,20 tables,and 117 references. |
