A Study On Agger’s Ecological Crisis Thought

Since the 20th century,countries all over the world,especially capitalist countries,have made new progress in economy,science,technology and culture.People’s living standard has developed to a new height.But at the same time,the natural environment is under unprecedented damage.Ben Agger’s ecological crisis thought seriously analyzes the large-scale ecological and environmental problems in the 20th century,thinks that the main form of capitalist social crisis has changed from economic crisis to ecological crisis,and puts forward his ecological crisis thought.As a characteristic ecological Marxist theory,Agger’s ecological crisis thought can provide useful enlightenment and reference for people to observe the changes of the contemporary capitalist world and solve the ecological environmental problems to a certain extent.In this study,under the guidance of Marxism,the author uses the research methods such as literature research,comparative analysis method in examining agger’s thought on the basis of the background of ecological crisis,the change from a crisis of capitalist society,the cause of ecological crisis,and solve the ecological crisis of the specific path of agger digging the main content of ecological thoughts.In addition,the author makes a general evaluation of Agger’s ecological crisis thought from three aspects: rationality,limitation and enlightening significance to contemporary China.
