| With the rapid development of industry,a large amount of industrial waste water is produced,which seriously pollutes the water environment.Among them,the heavy metal wastewater and printing and dyeing wastewater is difficult to deal with industrial waste water of two kinds of wastewater,heavy metal with high toxicity and refractory,cumulative characteristics and dye has stable structure,high chromaticity,high organic matter content,etc,made of heavy metal wastewater and dye wastewater processing difficulties,a potential threat to human health and ecological environment.Therefore,heavy metal pollution in water body and the dye has become our country to solve the problem of environmental pollution,and looking for security environmental protection processing method solving the pollution of heavy metal wastewater and dye wastewater is of great research significance,for all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment to provide certain theoretical basis and technical support,environmental protection is very important.In this thesis,bentonite and diatomite in natural clay minerals as raw materials,dodecyl trimethylammonium bromide(DTAB),tetramethylammonium bromide(TAB)and polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(PDDA)as modifier,bentonite and natural diatomite were modified,and three modified materials were prepared.And use it to adsorption(Ⅵ)containing chromium,copper,the methyl orange(MO)of simulated wastewater and the actual dye wastewater,chemical waste water,explores the temperature,p H,dosing quantity and time on the absorption Influence of the modified materials,at the same time using the adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamic model to analyze its adsorption mechanism,adsorption and adsorption saturation after parsing of modified materials and reuse,To explore its regeneration properties.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Preparation and characterization analysis of composite modified bentonite and organic modified diatomite.Three kinds of modified materials were prepared by modifying quaternary ammonium salt and cationic surfactant.The raw materials,modified bentonite and modified diatomite were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FRIT),specific surface area analyzer(BET)and Zeta potential analyzer,and the changes of surface functional groups,pore volume and pore size,specific surface area and surface electrical properties were analyzed.(2)Adsorption properties and characteristics of modified bentonite and modified diatomite.The adsorption performance of modified materials on Cr(Ⅵ),Cu2+and MO in wastewater was investigated under single factor experimental conditions.The analysis of static experimental data showed that the adsorption effect of the three newly prepared modified materials on MO was in the order of composite modified bentonite>TAB modified diatomite>DTAB modified diatomite.The adsorption effect of Cr(Ⅵ)is as follows:composite modified bentonite>TAB modified diatomite.BET shows that the specific surface area of composite modified bentonite is the largest,while that of DTAB modified diatomite is the smallest.Therefore,composite modified bentonite has the best adsorption effect of MO and Cr(Ⅵ).(3)Adsorption of modified materials on actual wastewater.TAB modified diatomite and compound modified bentonite were used to adsorb COD and TN in dye wastewater diluted by 10 times and chemical wastewater diluted by 50 times,respectively.The adsorption feasibility and adsorption performance were analyzed.The changes of absorbance and material structure in dye wastewater and chemical wastewater before and after adsorption were analyzed by uv. |
