| With the changes of society and the development of science and technology,the scope of human intervention in the natural environment has expanded.The lack of awareness of the natural environment has led to serious environmental pollution and ecological damage in the process of social development.Subsequently,the research on environmental sociology is gradually increasing all over the world,and the attention to ecological and environmental problems is expanding.In recent years,environmental problems in semi agricultural and semi pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia have also been obvious,such as soil desertification,decline of groundwater level,air pollution,increase of domestic waste and so on.Taking naimuhar Gacha of Kulun banner as an example,this paper analyzes the relationship between human and natural environment,society and environment from the perspective of local residents,reviews the previous experience of residents in the treatment of local ecological environment,studies the existing environmental problems and causes of Gacha,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures,which has certain practical significance for local people to deal with environmental problems and improve their awareness of environmental protection.This thesis summarizes the local people’s understanding and attitude towards the ecological environment through the field investigation of naimuhar Gacha,interview and interview with local people,and introduces the current situation of the local rural environment to further understand the changes of naimuhar Gacha environment.Combined with the theory of living environmentalism,this paper studies the environmental problems from the perspective of local residents,and puts forward the methods and measures to solve and protect the local ecological environment.It also emphasizes that in the process of rural environmental governance,local traditional local knowledge and the active participation of local people should be properly used.As the core content,local knowledge is the combination of local knowledge and scientific knowledge,and the wisdom created by local people.Therefore,guiding local people to apply local knowledge to the practice of environmental governance has important reference value for the governance of ecological and environmental problems in semi agricultural and semi pastoral areas. |
