Aircraft tires belong to the class A important parts of aircraft,and the skeleton material is the main stress part in the tire.Due to the harsh working environment of aviation tires and severe thermal and oxygen aging during use,the interface between the fiber skeleton material and the tire rubber matrix will fail to bond,resulting in tire blowouts.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the thermal oxygen aging resistance of fiber/rubber interfacial bonding.Through H pull-out force test,peel force test and dynamic fatigue resistance test,we studied the samples with antioxidants added to the rubber matrix and the fiber RFL dipping layer,and explored its effect on the fiber/rubber interface.In this experiment,the effect of adding antioxidants to the rubber matrix on the interfacial adhesion properties was investigated.Form the influence of H pull-out force,before aging,adding antioxidant 4010 NA,RD,compound antioxidant can improve H pull-out force,adding antioxidant 4020,G445 has no effect on it,antioxidant N445,MB can make H pull-out force decreased significantly.After thermal-oxygen aging,comprehensive H pull-out force and anti-aging effect,antioxidant RD,4010 NA has the best effect,compound antioxidant,4020,G445 and N445 has similar effect,antioxidant MB has the worst effect.Form the influence of peel strength,before aging,antioxidants 4020,N445 and compound antioxidants can improve peeling strength,while antioxidants 4010 NA,G445 and RD have little effect on it,antioxidant MB reduces peel strength.After thermal-oxygen aging,comprehensive peeling force and anti-aging effect,antioxidant N445,G445 and compound antioxidant have the best performance,antioxidant4020,4010 NA,RD slightly worse,and antioxidant MB has the worst performance.Form the influence of dynamic fatigue resistance,before aging,the antioxidant 4010 NA can improve the dynamic fatigue resistance to a greater extent,the improvement effect of 4020,G445,N445 and compound antioxidants is slightly smaller,and the antioxidants RD and MB will reduce it.After thermal-oxygen aging,comprehensive dynamic fatigue resistance and anti-aging effect,the effect of compound antioxidant is the best,the effect of N445,4010 NA,4020,G445,RD decreases in turn,and the effect of antioxidant MB is the worst.The effect of adding antioxidant P36 to the RFL dipping layer on the interface adhesion was studied,adding 0.5Phr has the best effect on improving the aging resistance.P36 has little effect on the interface static adhesion performance before aging,but can improve the dynamic fatigue resistance.After aging,the H pull-out force maintenance rate is increased by about 10%,the peel strength maintenance rate is increased by about 5%,and the number of fatigue shedding is increased by about 4400 times.
