| Epoxy resin has the characteristics of simple process,strong fluidity,excellent medium resistance,no corrosion to metal and strong mechanical properties.It has an obvious application expectation in the domain of marine engine gasket.The ship’s power system is a vital part of the ship,and the engine is the power source of the whole craft.It is very crucial to ensure the safe use of the power system and reduce the negative impact of vibration.Therefore,it is of great meaning to prepare high-performance epoxy resin potting castable.In this paper,self-made hyperbranched epoxy resin(EHBP)and trifunctional resin 4,5-epoxy hexane-1,2-dicarboxylic acid diglycidyl ester(TDE-85)were introduced to toughen and strengthen the matrix resin bisphenol A epoxy resin;Adding silicon powder filler to improve the strength,damping and vibration isolation performance of epoxy resin potting castable;Nano silica,graphene oxide and chopped carbon fiber reinforced resin castable with functional fillers were added to enhance the mechanical capacity,heat resistance,damping and vibration isolation properties.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The effects of hyperbranched epoxy resin(EHBP)and multi-functional resin(EHBP)on the matrix resin of epoxy resin potting castable were studied.It is found that EHBP has a certain toughening effect on the matrix resin of epoxy resin potting castable,and reaches the optimum at 5 wt%;TDE-85 resin has a good reinforcing effect on the matrix resin of epoxy resin potting castable,and the compression modulus of the matrix resin is increased to 2.70 GPa.Through dynamic mechanical analysis and excitation source vibration mode,the damping and vibration isolation performance of epoxy resin potting castable is analyzed.It is found that the introduction of an appropriate amount of EHBP component can reduce the vibration isolation performance of epoxy resin potting castable,while the appropriate introduction of a certain amount of epoxy resin TDE-85 can improve the vibration isolation performance of the material by 137%.2.The effects of particle gradation,addition amount and surface treatment of silicon powder on the strengthening effect,damping and vibration isolation properties of epoxy resin potting castable were studied.The mechanical properties of castable were improved by optimizing the particle gradation,addition amount and surface treatment of silicon powder.The compressive modulus was up to 4.55 GPa and the compressive creep was 0.34%.Through dynamic mechanical analysis and vibration mode analysis of excitation source,it is found that the damping factor of epoxy resin potting castable is 0.57,the overall vibration isolation effect is the best,and the vibration isolation amount in the full frequency range is 7.12 d B.3.The effects of the amount of functional filler nano silica,graphene oxide and chopped carbon fiber on epoxy resin potting castable were studied.It is found that nano silica,graphene oxide and chopped carbon fiber can significantly enhance the epoxy resin potting castable.By optimizing the content of functional filler,the compressive modulus of the castable can reach 5.10 GPa and the compressive creep variable is 0.27%,and the epoxy resin potting castable has excellent retention of mechanical properties at low temperature 0 ℃ and high temperature 60 ℃.Through the analysis of damping and vibration isolation performance,the introduction of an appropriate amount of nano silica,graphene oxide and chopped carbon fiber can reduce the damping and vibration isolation performance of epoxy resin potting castable.The damping factor of epoxy resin potting castable is0.57 and the vibration isolation amount is 4.70 dB. |
