In this paper,the technology of preparing recombinant membrane with squid skin as raw material was studied,and the sensory and texture properties of the membrane prepared by tape casting process、fiber-reinforced tape casting process and electrospinning process were compared and analyzed.After that,the electrospinning process was selected as the optimal preparation process.With N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)as solvent,collagen was co spun with polystyrene(PS),polycaprolactone(PCL)and Ni O nanoparticles by electrospinning technology,PS / PCL / Co / Ni O fish skin membrane was prepared and its physical and chemical properties and properties were evaluated.The specific results are as follows:(1)Different squid skin collagen films were prepared by three processes: tape casting process、fiber reinforced tape casting process and electrospinning process.The sensory analysis showed that the electrospinning film was smooth in appearance and uniform in thickness.At the same time,the electrospinning film had the strongest texture characteristics,its tensile strength increased by 67% and elongation at break increased by 174% compared with the tape casting film.(2)Electrospinning is determined as the technology of preparing recombinant membrane from squid skin.The preparation process is as follows: squid skin is acid soluble and swollen,extruded and lyophilized to extract collagen,prepared with electrospinning solution,blended and stirred for 6 hours,spun into a film through an electrostatic spinning machine,dried overnight,and then removed to form a recombinant electrostatic spinning membrane from squid skin.Electrospinning solution: 5.6 g(1 g PS + 0.9 g CO/ 10 ml DMF)+ 3.2 g(1 g PCL + 0.7 g CO / 10 m LDMF)+ 0.3 g CO + 100 mg NIO.The spinning conditions are set as follows: spinning voltage20 k V,spinning speed 1.5 ml/h,spinning temperature25 °C,spinning humidity 30 %,receiving distance 15 cm.(3)Properties and performance analysis of squid skin electrospun membrane,including hydrophobicity,gas permeability,thermal stability,scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),texture characteristics,sustained release ability,antibacterial performance analysis.It is found that the electrospun film has good hydrophobicity,the water contact angle reaches 131°,and has strong texture characteristics.The thermal stability analysis showed that the membrane was stable when the temperature was lower than 200 ℃,there was no chemical bond formation and fracture,and there was no mass loss.The collagen structure remained relatively stable,indicating that the electrospun membrane had high thermal stability.In terms of structural characteristics,SEM and SEM analysis showed that the electrospun film had good micro morphology,stable fiber structure,interconnected and uniform diameter network structure.XRD analysis showed that the electrospinning membrane had high crystallinity,and the electrospinning membrane had strong slow-release ability and antibacterial performance.
