Company training is an important way to improve the overall quality of employees,which helps to improve the management level,operational efficiency and core competitiveness of the company.How to combine various training methods and training modes more efficiently,more effective customer service some objective factors,improve training efficiency,in order to optimize the company training system,make full use of training resources,is a realistic issue worth studying and discussing.Based on the hierarchy theory,adult learning theory,learning team theory and Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation principle,the thesis uses the market research problem analysis method,interview method and other research methods to explore the optimization of the company’s sales staff training system.First,the current situation and problems of sales force training in Company F are studied;then,the optimization of the company’s training system is investigated in terms of objectives and principles,process system optimization,resource system optimization and support system optimization;finally,the guarantee measures for training system optimization are discussed.This paper helps Company F to establish a more efficient employee training system and help the company to develop in a sustainable and high-quality way in the long run.
