Preparation And Stability Study Of 15% Dioxsulam And 15% Bispyribac-Pyrazosulfuron Dispersible Oil Suspension Formulation

Oil-based surpension concentrate(OD)is a kind of suspending agent.It combines the advantages of emulsifiable concentrate and suspending agent.It is a new type of green and environmentally friendly formulation.In this paper,the main research object is the compounding of the herbicides bisoxsulam,bispyribac and pyrazosulfuron,the stability factors affecting the dispersible oil suspension agent are preliminarily explored,and the process conditions,specific content and results are optimized.as follows:The components of the formula are strictly screened by the control variable method,the viscosity curve method and the surface tension method.3462 16%,4914 2.5%,self-made ODGel05 gel 12%,fumed silica R974 3%,and methyl oleate supplemented to 100%.The optimal formula of 15% bispyribac-pyrazosulfuron-methyl dispersible oil suspension agent is: bispyribac10%,pyrazosulfuron 5%,3462 18%,4916 1.8%,704 1%,SK-04 1.2%,and methyl oleate supplemented to 100%.Through the optimization of process conditions,the optimal process conditions for 15%xoxsulam dispersible oil suspension agent are 2.5 times of zirconium beads,2500r/min sanding speed and 120 min sanding time.The optimum process conditions of 15%bispyribac-pyrazosulfuron-methyl dispersible oil suspension agent are 1.25 times the multiple of zirconium beads,the sanding speed is 2000r/min,and the sanding time is 90 min.Finally,two formulations were also tested for performance,and both were in compliance with the standard.The efficacy of 15% xoxsulam dispersible oil suspension was determined,and the results showed that it has a good control effect on broad-leaved weeds in wheat fields.The pharmacodynamics of 15% bispyribac-pyrazosulfuron-methyl dispersible oil suspension was tested,and the results showed that it has good control effect on broad-leaved weeds and barnyardgrass in paddy fields.
