Peanuts,an important leguminous plant grown worldwide, are one of the main sources of human edible oil and vegetable protein.Peanut kernels account for about70% of the total mass of peanuts, with about 50% fat and 30% protein. At present, peanut consumption is mainly oil extraction and consumption. For a long time, peanut kernel has been paid enough attention, but its straw is often ignored as the waste of peanut harvest. In fact, the roots, stems, leaves and shells of peanuts contain many natural active compounds beneficial to human health.Resveratrol content in peanut plants and buds of camphor tree was determined by ultrasonic-assisted method. It was found that resveratrol content was higher in roots. In this experiment, the factors affecting the extraction of resveratrol from flower roots under ultrasonic wave were studied by single factor experiment, and the optimum technological conditions were determined. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 70% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 60(g/m L),ultrasonic temperature of 60 ℃,ultrasonic time of 50 min, ultrasonic power of 80 W,cellulase dosage of 2%,β-cyclodextrin dosage of 1∶0.075(g/mmol),the yield of resveratrol was 0.699%.Ultrasonic-assisted method was used to determine the content of flavonoids in each component of camphor tree peanut plant. It was found that the root, stem and leaf of camphor tree were rich in flavonoids, and the content of flavonoids in peanut leaf was the highest. The effects of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and other factors on extraction of flavonoids from flower roots were investigated by single factor experiment, and the optimal technological conditions were optimized and determined. It was found that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 60% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g/m L),ultrasonic time of 65 min, ultrasonic power of 100 W,cellulase ∶hemicellulase =1∶2,enzyme content of 10%,the extraction rate of flavonoids was0.788%.The content of luteolin in peanut shell of camphor tree peanut was determined by ultrasound-assisted cellulase method, and the effects of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and enzyme dosage on the extraction of luteolin from peanut shell were investigated by single factor experiment, and the optimal technological conditions were optimized and determined. It was found that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 70% ethanol, solidliquid ratio of 1∶35(g/m L),ultrasonic time of 70 min, ultrasonic power of 80 W,cellulase dosage of 2%,under which the extraction yield of luteolin from peanut shell was 0.509%.Water hot method to extract xylose experiment, respectively adopted two dilute sulfuric acid and acetic acid as a catalyst to handle the peanut shell extract xylose,by using the method of determination of absorbance can be used to calculate the extraction yield, and through the single factor experiment explores the temperature and the ratio of material liquid, acid concentration, reaction time and other factors influence on extracting xylose peanut shells, thus optimized and the optimum technological conditions were determined. It was found that the optimal extraction conditions of xylose were as follows: 2% sulfuric acid,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30(g/m L),time of 6 h,temperature of 120 ℃.Under these conditions, the yield of xylose from peanut shell was 14.83%.The optimal extraction conditions of xylose were as follows: 2% acetic acid,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 45(g/m L),time 3 h,temperature 180 ℃.Under these conditions, the yield of xylose from peanut shell was8.07%.From the point of view of the extraction effect of xylose, the effect of sulfuric acid is better.
