The energy consumption caused by building glass energy exchange accounts for9.45%of the total energy consumption in China.The research and development of high-performance insulation materials for energy-saving glass have become the top priority to realize building energy conservation.Nano-stannic antimony oxide(ATO)is a functional material with high infrared shielding and high stability.However,the existing liquid phase preparation method has technical bottlenecks such as low yield,a large amount of wastewater,and a complex process.For this system,this paper studies the mechanization of solid-phase nano ATO powder materials research method in the process of preparation of reactant species,ball grinding time,mixing amount of antimony,calcination temperature/time,cooling process on the powder size,morphology,and the effect of heat insulation glass coating performance,also studied the types of dispersant,solid content and the wet film thickness on transparent heat insulation performance,hardness,adhesion,Finally,a heat insulation simulation test chamber was built to compare the heat insulation performance of nano ATO coated insulating glass and ordinary insulating glass.The results show that in eight reaction systems,SnCl4·5H2O and SnCl2·2H2O are used as the source of tin and react with Na OH,Na2CO3,Na HCO3,and NH4HCO3respectively,using a mechanistic method,SnCl4·5H2O and Na HCO3as raw materials,Sb Cl3as dopant,The nano-ATO powder was obtained with 10%doping amount,after ball milling for 2h,calcined at 800℃for 2h,and cooled by a natural furnace.Its primary particle size was 10~25nm.After ultrasonic treatment,D10,D50,and D90 were 115.26nm,208.28nm,402.87nm,and the specific surface area was37m2/g.This preparation process can ensure mass industrial production.Using ethanol as solvent and adding an appropriate amount of f3 modified dispersant,ATO powder prepared by ball milling for 5h was used to obtain dispersion slurry with 30%solid content.After particle size characterization and sedimentation experiment,D10,D50,and D90 dispersed liquid was 52.8nm,80.6nm,and 146nm,respectively,and the sedimentation rate of 6 months was less than 5%.When the ATO insulation coating was prepared,the transmittance of visible light was more than 70%,the shielding rate of near-infrared was more than 80%,the shielding rate of ultraviolet was 98%,and the SHGC was 0.421.Surface physical properties:hardness 4H,adhesion level 0,water resistance qualified,washing resistance 5000 times does not break the bottom,scratch resistance qualified.In the heat insulation simulation test chamber test,compared with ordinary insulating glass,ATO insulating insulating insulating glass can effectively reduce the temperature inside the chamber in summer,autumn,and winter heat insulation simulation test,showing better comprehensive heat insulation performance.
