Among many organic photochromic compounds,diarylethene have become an outstanding representative of these compounds due to their good thermal irreversibility,remarkable fatigue resistance,high quantum yield,short response time and other characteristics.At present,the research of diarylethene derivatives has been applied in many aspects,such as light memory,information storage,coatings,pigments and related industries.Therefore,this compounds are regared as the most promising photochromic compounds.In recent years,more and more studies of diarylethene derivatives as chemical sensors have been reported.Compared with the research progress of p H and cationic chemical sensors,the development of diarylethene derivatives of anionic chemical sensors is more challenging.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a diarylethene sensor that can detect anions.In this paper,three different types of diarylethene compounds which can be used to recognize anions are designed and synthesized.The main research contents are as follows:1、Three diarylethene derivatives containing hemicyanine,benzimidazole and iminocoumarin were designed and synthesized.Their molecular structures were characterized by nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectroscopy,carbon spectroscopy,and mass spectrometry.2、The photochromic properties of three target products were studied.All three compounds have good photochromic properties,the diarylethene compounds containing hemicyanine structure and benzimidazole structure were irradiated with ultraviolet light in acetonitrile solution,and the color of the solution changed from yellow to gray and from light yellow to purple,respectively.The color of diarylvinyl compound containing iminocoumarin changed from light yellow to blue after uv irradiation in dichloride solution.All these three compounds can restored to their original state by visible light irradiation.3、The effects of anions on fluorescence spectra and UV-Vis absorption spectra were studied by spectrofluorophotometer and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The experimental results show that,the diarylethene derivative containing hemicyanine structure can effectively recognize CN-and CO32-,after adding CN-or CO32-,the fluorescence was completely quenched,and we have successfully applied it to the detection of actual water samples.The diarylethene derivative containing benzimidazole structure show high selectivity for CO32-,after adding CO32-,the fluorescence color changed from dark green to bright yellow,and it can be used as a single-recognition chemical sensor for CO32-.The diarylethene derivative containing iminocoumarin structure can realize the naked eye recognition of CN-,after adding CN-,the solution color changed from light yellow to purple,and has specific identification for CN-.The colorimetric identification of CN-can also be carried out on a strip of test paper.These three compounds have excellent anti-interference ability and their selectivity will not be affected in the presence of other interfering ions. |
