| As the main raw material for nuclear energy utilization,uranium ore is an important resource with strategic significance.Our country’s uranium ore resources have the characteristics of uneven mineralization,many medium and low grade ores,and a high proportion of waste rock.Using the direct leaching scheme will increase the difficulty of the separation process and increase the production cost.Therefore,the use of beneficiation methods for ore sorting can improve the ore grade,so as to achieve the purpose of enriching uranium.Taking the radioactive separation method of low-grade hard rock uranium ore as the research object,a radioactive separation method of uranium ore based on deconvolution method is proposed in order to solve the problems existing in the current uranium grade calculation method based on gamma energy spectrometry: difficult to quantify low-grade ore,easy to be interfered by adjacent ores,long measurement time and so on.The grade of uranium ore is calculated by deconvolution method and integrated into radioactive separation to realize the rapid,fine and digital separation of boundary grade uranium ore.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)It is proposed to divide the continuous ore into ore sections according to a certain length,and use the deconvolution method to calculate the average grade of the ore in each section.The energy spectral response of the detector to the monolithic and saturated ore models was studied by Monte Carlo method,and the sandwich model of the cut-off grade was constructed according to the length of the saturated model.The feasibility of calculating the grade of ore section by deconvolution method is verified by the sandwich model.(2)The factors that affect the calculation result of deconvolution method include:segment length of selected ore,characteristic parameter α and operator length.The multipoint deconvolution method is used to calculate the sandwich model,and the accuracy and stability of the calculation results are discussed when the segment length ΔZ is different.Calculate the optimal value of the characteristic parameter α.The results show that the threepoint deconvolution method has the highest calculation accuracy for the 8 cm and 16 cm ore sections,and the relative errors with the actual grade are 2.9% and 1.5%,respectively.(3)On the basis of theoretical research,a set of radioactive sorting experimental platform was designed and built.By combining the Monte Carlo method with the actual measurement,the detection system with the lowest resolution threshold for mineral processing is determined.This system was used to carry out the sorting experiment of the interlayer ore model of the boundary grade,and combined with the three-point deconvolution method to calculate the grade of the 8 cm and 16 cm ore sections.The results show that the calculated grades of the 8 cm and 16 cm ore sections are 0.0120% and 0.0148%;the relative errors with the actual grades are 14.3% and 41.1%.The error of the calculated grade of the 8 cm ore section by the three-point deconvolution method is less than 20%. |
