Uranium is a strategic mineral resource in China.It is of great significance to develop fast,accurate and in-situ uranium measurement equipment and methods.Energy dispersive total reflection X-ray fluorescence(TXRF)analysis technology is an ideal rapid detection method of uranium because of its advantages of convenience,rapidity,low detection limit and less sample quantity.Based on TXRF analysis technology and the design concept of high sensitivity,miniaturization and rapid measurement,this paper realizes the construction,performance test and Application Research of the analyzer for rapid measurement of uranium through theory and experiment.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Research on the construction,structure optimization and key performance of TXRF analyzer.Based on the principle of TXRF,a miniaturized principle prototype is built by selecting appropriate key components such as X-ray tube,detector,waveguide optics and multi-dimensional precision optical displacement platform;The optimization and adjustment of X-ray light path,incident angle and detection solid angle are completed,and the utilization rate of X-ray source is improved;The experimental measurement of different uranium ore standard samples shows that the relative standard deviation of TXRF analyzer for the detection of uranium is less than 0.785%,the detection limit can reach the order of ppm(10-6),and the average relative error is 4.53%.(2)Design and research of a special slide that can quickly make samples.Based on the siphon principle,a special slide which can quickly make samples is designed,which shortens the sample preparation time and improves the detection efficiency.Rapid sample preparation and experiments were carried out on uranium solution and uranium ore powder samples respectively.The results show that the accuracy of uranium content detection is more than94.6%,which verifies the feasibility of special glass slides.(3)Study on uranium element detection by different sample preparation methods.For some different forms of uranium elements such as sandstone uranium ore and hard rock uranium ore samples,two sample preparation methods are used for experimental sample preparation and detection.The experimental results show that the uranium content measured by the two sample preparation methods has the same trend,but there is a certain relative error.The detection limit of sample preparation with steel ring mold will be lower,while the sample preparation with special slide is faster and more accurate.To sum up,this paper has completed the construction and Performance Research of TXRF analyzer for rapid detection of uranium elements with high sensitivity,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research and development of on-site rapid measurement equipment in uranium mine.
