Research On Green Development Strategy Of T Aluminum Company

With the deepening of industrialization,environmental problems have become one of the biggest problems facing mankind.Facing the constraints of environment and resources,green development has become the key to solve the bottleneck constraints of resources,energy and environment,and the only way to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.Green development refers to the transformation from the traditional extensive development mode of high consumption,high pollution and high emission to the innovative development mode of resource saving and environment-friendly centered on quality and efficiency.In order to achieve sustainable and healthy development,enterprises must adopt the concept of green development and formulate feasible green development strategies,so as to enable enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantages and achieve rapid development.Taking t Aluminum Company(hereinafter referred to as "T company")as the research object,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,based on green development,green development strategy and other relevant theories,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the current green development problems faced by T company by comprehensively using the methods of PEST analysis,five forces model and SWOT analysis,and summarizes the current status and existing problems of the company’s green development,Put forward three specific strategies and six Implementation Paths for the green development of T company,and strive to find a strategic balance between stability and change.And in order to further ensure the implementation of the strategy,effective safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of technological innovation,human resource management and system construction.The research draws the following conclusions: first,under the background that green development has become the theme of the times,enterprises must firmly establish the concept of green development and seek the green development strategy suitable for enterprises in order to achieve the long-term and stable development of enterprises.Second,in the aluminum industry,green production and green products have become the key factors of enterprise competition.Third,T company’s current green development strategy mainly includes green culture strategy,green manufacturing strategy and light-duty strategy.Fourth,to implement the green development strategy,small and medium-sized enterprises need to strengthen the construction of enterprise green culture,create a "light" manufacturing development model,accelerate the pace of product upgrading,overcome the difficulties of emission reduction,promote recycling,build clean and ecological factories,and promote the deep integration of industrialization and informatization.Fifthly,the effective implementation of the green development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises requires effective safeguard measures from the aspects of technological innovation,human resource management and system construction.The innovations of this paper are as follows: first,select the small and medium-sized aluminum enterprises with low production technology level,high energy consumption and high pollutant emission as the research object,and put forward the green development strategy and implementation path,which has certain contribution and innovation in theory.Second,taking full account of environmental constraints,starting from the reality of resource capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper puts forward specific paths and operational countermeasures and suggestions for green development of enterprises,which has certain reference value for similar enterprises to formulate green development strategies and realize green transformation and upgrading.
