| China is a major rice planting country in the world.Hubei province is an agriculture-oriented province,and rice is the main crop.A large number of rice straw is produced in the process of rice planting,the current treatment of rice straw is directly burned in the field,it not only will cause environmental pollution,but also have the risk of fire.This paper mainly uses rice straw as raw material to extract cellulose,and uses the electrostatic spinning method to prepare the super-hydrophobic cellulose acetate(CA)membrane with low cost,low pollution and multiple recycling.It realizes the conversion of rice straw agricultural waste resources to environmental protection materials,and preliminatively discusses the problem of water oil pollution separation.Main research contents of this paper:(1)Superhydrophobic CA/Si O2fiber membrane was prepared based on electrospinning and in-situ impregnation.CA film was prepared by electrospinning technique,Si O2sol was prepared by sol gel method,and then CA film was immersed in the mixture of hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS)hydrolysate and Si O2sol in situ.Superhydrophobic hdtms/Si O2/CA film was prepared.Its structure was characterized by contact angle,scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum and energy spectrum.The test results show that the maximum contact angle of superhydrophobic HDTMS/Si O2/CA membrane is 151°,which up to the standard of super hydrophobic performance.And the membrane still has good hydrophobic performance after being reused for more than 20 times,its superhydrophobic property is stable,and can carry out oil-water separation well,and the oil-water separation efficiency can reach more than 95%.(2)Using cellulose acetate CA and hydrophobic fumed silica as raw materials,superhydrophobic fumed silica was sprayed onto cellulose acetate fiber by electrospinning spray method,and then the prepared membrane was sprayed again by superhydrophobic fumed silica ethanol solution.This not only constructed the micro nano structure on the membrane surface,but also endowed it with superhydrophobic properties,so superhydrophobic cellulose acetate CA/Si O2fiber membrane was obtained.The CA/Si O2fiber film was systematically characterized by contact angle,SEM,infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The experimental results show that the maximum contact angle of superhydrophobic CA/Si O2fiber membrane is 153°,which up to the standard of super hydrophobic performance.And the superhydrophobic CA/Si O2fiber membrane still has good hydrophobic performance after being reused for more than 15 times.Its superhydrophobic property is stable,and can carry out oil-water separation well.The oil-water separation efficiency can reach more than 95%,which can effectively realize oil-water separation. |
