| With the development of society in recent years,the state and enterprises pay more and more attention to the safety of production process.As an important equipment of mining enterprises,the mine hoist undertakes the transportation of mine personnel and minerals.The reliability of the operation of the mine hoist directly determines the life safety of related personnel and the safe production of the mine.Hydraulic brake system is an important part of mine hoist,and is the main guarantee unit for safe operation of mine hoist.At present,the design and application of online monitoring system for mine hoist hydraulic brake system by mining enterprises are still very backward,so the reliability of online monitoring system needs to be improved to ensure the safe and stable operation of mine hoist.In this thesis,taking the hydraulic braking device of mine hoist as the research object,a set of on-line monitoring system based on Siemens S7-300 series PLC is designed.On the basis of hardware system design,STEP7 V5.6 programming software is used to complete the lower computer program design,and LabVIEW programming software is used to complete the upper computer design of the on-line monitoring system.The on-line monitoring system successfully realizes the real-time monitoring of the important parameters of the hydraulic braking device and improves the reliability of the system.This thesis mainly studies the following aspects.Firstly,it analyzes the different operation processes of the hydraulic braking system,analyzes the on-line monitoring system currently in use in LS mine,and constructs the overall idea of the scheme design of the on-line monitoring system of the hydraulic braking device.Then,aiming at the problems existing in the on-line monitoring system and the requirements of the system,the hardware design of the on-line monitoring system for the hydraulic braking device of LS mine hoist is completed.In this paper,Siemens S7-300 series PLC is used as the core control device,and the relevant modules and sensors are configured to complete the data acquisition of the relevant parameters of the hydraulic braking system.And completed the software design of the on-line monitoring system for the hydraulic braking device of LS mine hoist.In this paper,STEP7 V5.6programming software is selected to program the lower computer,so that PLC can collect the data measured by the sensor,analyze and process these data,transmit the results to the upper computer through OPC communication protocol,and select LabVIEW programming software to complete the programming of the upper computer system.Finally,in view of the poor accuracy of the constant deceleration braking mode of LS mine hoist hydraulic braking system,a design of hydraulic braking system based on model predictive control algorithm is proposed,and simulation is carried out to verify the rationality and superiority of the controller design.The research of this subject enriches the design of on-line monitoring system of hydraulic braking device,and designs advanced controller to control the braking mode of mine hoist,which is conducive to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mine hoist. |
