| Ozone catalytic oxidation technology is a kind of advanced sewage treatment technology.It has the characteristics of good treatment effect and low operation cost.It is a research hotspot in the field of industrial sewage treatment in recent years.In this paper,based on ozone catalytic oxidation technology,a high-efficiency ozone catalyst and an ozone reactor are jointly developed for advanced treatment of actual project sewage.The sewage treatment effect and pilot-scale experimental operation parameters are obtained through experiments,which provide technical support for the upgrading of sewage projects.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The ozone catalyst was prepared by the mixing method,and the optimal preparation parameters of the ozone catalyst were obtained through experiments: iron loading mass ratio of5%,manganese loading mass ratio of 3%,carbonization temperature 1100℃,activation temperature of 900℃.Compared with a company’s ozone catalyst,the self-made ozone catalyst has a 15% increase in COD removal rate and an 11% increase in service life.The optimal application parameters of the self-made ozone catalyst: ozone dosage rate of 20mg/L·min,dosage of ozone catalyst of 600g/L,and hydraulic retention time of 30 min.(2)The structure optimization of the designed ozone reactor is carried out through numerical simulation.In the process of numerical simulation,the physical model of the ozone reactor is constructed based on the actual structure of the fluidized bed,and the mathematical model is established based on the Euler multiphase flow method,and the structural parameters of the ozone reactor with the best fluidization effect are as follows: The diameter ratio of the guide tube is 5:1,the height-diameter ratio of the straight tube of the reactor is 4:1,and the height of the bottom gap of the guide tube is 50 mm.(3)The ozone reactor is designed based on the numerical simulation results,and the critical dimensions of the obtained reactor are as follows: the total height of the ozone reactor is2900 mm,the height of the upper head is 800 mm,the diameter of the straight tube is 400 mm,the diameter of the guide tube is 80 mm,the height of the bottom gap of the guide tube is 50 mm,the height of the base is 500 mm,and the total height of the bottom jet ejector is 300 mm.(4)In the pilot-scale experiment of the ozone reactor,the sewage treatment effect of the ozone catalyst and the ozone reactor was obtained,and through the single-factor experimental analysis,it was concluded that the best pilot-scale experimental operation parameters for the sewage treatment effect: the rate of ozone injection acceleration is 18.5mg/L·min,and the dosage of self-made ozone catalyst is 600g/L.In this pilot experiment,the removal of COD is stable at 72mg/L~88mg/L,and the effluent meets the relevant discharge standards in the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province". |
