Emission trading is to buy or sell the emission rights under the total pollution control mechanism,so as to control the emission and stimulate the spontaneity and initiative of emission reduction.The emission trading in the European Union and the United States has formed a market-led relatively mature system in secondary market.The implementation policies of emission trading have also been formulated in some areas of our country.The pilot activities of emission trading have been successively carried out.The emission trading has been widely promoted in most parts of our country.Compared with the traditional governance system of emission right charge,the emission trading has a lower management cost,and can achieve the effective allocation of environmental resources at the market level,which helps to promote economic growth and improve environmental quality at the same time.Through the collation and summary of the research contents in the relevant fields of emission trading at home and abroad,it is found that most of the research is carried out from the aspects of system design of emission trading,emission reduction effect,economic effect,regulation game and so on.There is a lack of research on emission trading in the secondary market.And the dynamics of transaction between industrial enterprises is less considered.While the transaction between industrial enterprises needs to be dynamically negotiated and resolved by both parties,and is affected by the conditions,bids,marginal income and other factors of the two parties.Therefore,this paper studies the bargaining game of emission trading from the perspective of the emission trading platform in secondary market.In this paper,the impact of factors such as the discount factor representing the degree of patience,the price of emission rights,and the marginal income of emission rights on the equilibrium solution(stable solution)of trading under different scenarios is studied,so as to provide the best strategy on trading stage,patience and corresponding optimal bidding for the emission trading between industrial enterprises.The game results show that the stable solution can be achieved in three stages;the optimal bid can be obtained at different levels of patience in different trading stages;the transaction price of both parties increases with the increase of marginal income;and from the perspective of overall interests,the more advanced the transaction stage of both parties is,the more benefits both parties will get.In short,the research on the secondary market trading strategy based on emission trading platform can provide strategy services of emission trading for enterprises from the perspective of public services,reduce the external impact of environmental pollution,and promote the formation of a unified national emission trading market.
