| In order to further improve the drilling efficiency and improve the level of drilling operations,many experts and scholars have devoted themselves to improving the drilling rate of drilling machinery,and have carried out research work on optimization models such as rock physical and mechanical properties,drilling technology and capabilities,and drilling engineering parameters.Since most of the above work is based on experience and logical reasoning,the analysis and solution process is relatively complicated,and the results are not satisfactory.In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the entire drilling engineering is gradually developing towards the direction of intelligence,and drilling parameter optimization is a core business of drilling engineering,and realizing intelligent drilling parameter optimization is also the realization of efficient and low-cost drilling.The important foundation is also the only way to promote the development of oil and gas fields by leaps and bounds,so as to promote the transformation of oil and gas fields from the traditional management mode to the digital and intelligent management mode.With the passage of time,traditional drilling parameter prediction methods have deficiencies in prediction accuracy,calculation methods,etc.,which limit the reduction of drilling operation cycle and cost.With the development of information technology and artificial intelligence technology,many optimization technologies based on big data and artificial intelligence have also been widely used,especially in the field of drilling parameter optimization.The emergence of the above technologies makes the prediction results of drilling parameters have the characteristics of high accuracy,simple calculation process and strong adaptability,which can help improve the efficiency of drilling engineering operations.In order to give full play to the advantages of artificial intelligence algorithm,improve its application value and application effect,improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling cost,in this paper,a research on the optimal design model of drilling parameters based on artificial intelligence algorithm is proposed.First,the key parameters affecting drilling ROP are analyzed and found,and the selection of model input parameters is realized according to mutual information analysis;secondly,the relevant drilling engineering parameters are used as data sources.Establish an artificial intelligence prediction model for drilling ROP based on the improved BP neural network algorithm;then take the drilling ROP prediction model as the input,and establish a multi-objective optimization model based on the minimum unit footage cost and the mechanical specific energy of the drill bit as the final output target.The optimization of drilling parameters is realized.In the process of solving this multi-objective optimization model,the tolerant hierarchical sequence method is used to solve the objective function,and finally the optimization of drilling parameters is realized.Finally,on the basis of the above modeling algorithm,a set of software modules based on the Qt platform was developed to establish a set of drilling parameters intelligent optimization system with logging and drilling data as the data source,and applied to the actual work area for testing.The results show that the method in this paper can effectively improve the drilling rate of drilling machine.The established optimization model has high efficiency and high accuracy in the solution process,which can improve the drilling efficiency and shorten the drilling cycle..Figure[ 42] Table [ 13] Reference [ 85]... |
