The KJS-Y type dust-fall fan is mainly used in the working environment of driving face,mining face,belt conveyor transfer point and so on.The dust removal method is the combination of ventilation dust removal technology and spray dust removal technology.The dust-fall fan is a kind of dust removing machine developed according to the experience of many engineering practices.In order to improve the performance of the dust-fall fan and improve the sense of use in the operation of the dust-fall fan,the impeller and other structural forms are preliminarily designed in this paper,and the flow field inside the dust-fall fan is simulated by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The appearance of dust-fall fan was optimized based on ergonomics theory,and the influence of air duct and internal structure parameters on dust removal performance was discussed under limited experimental conditions.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The impeller structure,collector shape and other structures of dust-fall fan designed based on the known theory and formula of fan by combing and studying the mechanism of wet dust removal.The performance parameters of the dust-fall fan are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for judging the dust removal performance of the dust-fall fan.(2)Based on the theoretical basis of numerical simulation,the preliminary design of the dust-fall fan and the initial dust-fall fan were simulated.Through the post-processing analysis of the simulation results,the velocity and pressure distribution maps of the two models before and after the design were obtained,and the simulation data of the two models were compared.It was found that the performance indexes of the preliminary design of the dust-fall fan were significantly improved.(3)In order to improve the operator’s sense of use when operating the dust-fall fan,ergonomics theory is applied to the structural design of the dust-fall fan,focusing on the application of human body size in the size design of the dust-fall fan and the application of human perception of color semantics in the color design of the dust-fall fan.(4)Single factor experimental study was conducted on the related structural parameters of air duct and diversion body of the dust-fall fan(length of collector,length of air duct,diameter of outlet,shape of diversion blade,number of diversion blade and length of diversion body),and the influence of different structural parameters on dust removal performance and and the optimal parameter value is selected.(5)Based on the existing experimental conditions,the influences of the length of the collector,the shape of the guide blade and the number of guide blades on the outlet wind speed were analyzed,and the comparative experiments were conducted on the optimized dust-fall fan before and after the optimization.The results show that the optimized dust-fall fan relative to the original dust-fall fan exit section of the wind speed increased by 24.5%.In this article,through the combination of simulation and experiment methods,analyze the internal flow field of KJS-Y dust-fall fan,get the influence of different structural parameters on dust-fall fan performance,and application of ergonomics in the appearance of the structure design,the results of the study to solve the problem of dust,safeguard workers’ health and safety has a certain practical significance.Figure [44] Table [17] Reference [82]...
