In the new era of rapid economic development,energy problems also increase,how to effectively use energy,develop new energy,to solve the energy crisis,become the core topic of social concern.Among them,natural gas is an important part of energy.It has the advantages of clean environmental protection,high quality and efficiency,and recycling.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of all countries in the world.In this context,the work related to natural gas detection,development and use is constantly increasing,and the corresponding gas pipeline project is also constantly expanding.At the same time,the construction environment and management environment it faces are increasingly complex,so how to ensure the safety of pipeline construction and provide strong support for the safe operation of natural gas long-distance pipeline have become the focus of social attention.This is not only related to the use of natural gas energy and the development of the corresponding industry,but also can drive the corresponding regional economic development,solve the energy crisis,protect the natural ecology,and provide effective energy security for production and life.In this paper,the safety management of the long distance natural gas pipeline of N Company is taken as the research content to discuss the corresponding problems and strategies.In this process,the method of continuous research and improvement is used to strengthen the effect of problem solving and the depth of research.First of all,the methods,theories and technologies related to the safety management of long-distance natural gas pipelines at home and abroad are summarized by means of literature,which can be used for reference in this study.Then,through the initial investigation,understand the current situation,problems,reasons and suggestions in the safety management of natural gas long-distance pipeline.Next,develop targeted security management strategies and security management systems to solve security management problems and improve the level and effect of security management.Finally,after the implementation of safety management strategy research,to understand the implementation effect of the strategy.In the research,the key problems to be solved include the following two points: first,how to accurately locate the safety management problem;Secondly,how to formulate a scientific and feasible safety management strategy.Through the research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)After the initial survey,the overall score of the safety management of the long distance natural gas pipeline of N company was 3.21,among which,Safety management dimension score of 3.04 points,the safety management system dimension score of 3.05 points and methods of safety management dimension score of 3.54 points,safety risk management ability dimension score of 3.28 points,emergency problem solving ability dimension score of3.22 points,safety management technology dimension score of 3.36 points,have not reached a reasonable level,remains to be improved.(2)Summarize the problems existing in the safety management of the long distance natural gas pipeline of N Company,which is specific to the lack of long-term and integrated planning.The use of materials and environmental problems are prominent,and there are other problems caused by the occupation of arable land.In addition,in the follow-up operation and management,there are insufficient safety awareness of staff,pipeline corrosion and other situations.(3)Analyze the causes of the safety management problems of the long distance natural gas pipeline of N Company,which are manifested as the lack of strategic and unified planning,the difficulty to discover and solve the problems in time,the imperfect supervision mechanism,unclear responsibility and poor execution.(4)For the safety management of the long distance natural gas pipeline of N Company,planning and construction should be carried out in combination with local development,process management should be strengthened,and dynamic and refined concepts should be reflected.At the same time,we will improve laws and regulations,strengthen oversight over the implementation of responsibilities,and realize the rule of law and accountability.(5)To set up the safety management system of the long distance natural gas pipeline of N Company,a full-time management organization should be established with zero safety problems as the goal,and management organizations should be set up at different levels to achieve full participation.Help to implement safety management work plan and strategy,reduce the incidence of problems,minimize the safety risk from the staff.(6)After the implementation of the above strategies,the total score is 4.28 points,and the scores of other dimensions are above 4 points,which is above the reasonable level.Therefore,the above strategies are feasible and reasonable.
