Due to the complexity of urban rail transit system and large passenger flow,its accidents are often inevitable.Once the accident occurs,it is necessary to quickly restore the system performance and return to normal operation in a short time,which requires the operation system to have a high level of safety resilience.Therefore,the research on the safety resilience evaluation of urban rail transit system is of great significance.In this thesis,the resilience theory is introduced into the operation safety system of urban rail transit.Starting from the accident cause mechanism,the characteristics of operation accidents are statistically analyzed,the interference factors affecting the safe operation of the system are identified from the aspect of "risk disturbance-system performance",and the change process model of resilience performance is established to explore the change mechanism of the initial state,disturbance degradation process,adaptation recovery stage and optimization stage of the system from being damaged to returning to normal function and putting into operation.Starting from the functional attributes of system resilience,absorption capacity,adaptability and recovery capacity,this thesis constructs the resilience evaluation index system of urban rail transit operation safety system.The comprehensive weighting is carried out by combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight to obtain the weight of each resilience index.On this basis,the evaluation model of urban rail transit operation safety toughness is constructed by using the theory of extension matter element and cloud model.Taking Shijiazhuang metro system as an example,the resilience index value and membership degree are calculated by using MATLAB software,the cloud map of resilience grade evaluation standard is drawn,and the resilience grade and comprehensive resilience level of absorption capacity,adaptability and recovery capacity of Shijiazhuang metro are quantitatively evaluated.According to the evaluation results,some strategies are put forward,such as improving the robustness of operation system,repairing and optimizing the state of facilities and equipment,and improving the ability of emergency support.
