The Loess Plateau is China’s most important coal production base, accounting for half of China’s coal production capacity. However, when high-intensity mining creates dividends for local economic development,it also brings huge ecological and environmental problems, such as frequent geological disasters, water pollution, and soil fertility decline.Shanxi Province is one of the major coal-producing provinces in the Loess Plateau, and it is also the region with the most serious coal mining subsidence in my country. The contradiction between coal mining and ecological protection is increasingly intensified.Taking into account economic development and ecological protection has become the main goal of mine ecological restoration.Ecological restoration based on the results of ecological environment quality assessment can maximize ecosystem services. The MCR model can realize the quantitative evaluation of the impact of different influencing factors on the regional ecological security in the coal mining subsidence area, and provide theoretical guidance for scientific ecological restoration.Based on the theory of mine ecological restoration,in order to improve the urban ecological function and structure in the coal mining subsidence area, the research on domestic and foreign mine ecological restoration and the application of the minimum accumulative resistance model in the urban spatial ecological pattern have been reviewed. The research progress of external comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence areas and the application status of the minimum cumulative resistance model in ecological spatial pattern.Taking the coal mining subsidence area of Lishi District as the study area,an evaluation system of ecosystem service function was constructed, and the extremely important area, important area, general important area and unimportant area of ecosystem service function were determined. The landslide sensitivity evaluation model was constructed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and the extremely sensitive area of landslide was obtained.According to the evaluation results of ecosystem service functions and landslide sensitivity analysis results, the risk sources are obtained.Based on previous research results and the actual situation of the study area, ecological resistance factors are selected and the cost distance tool in ArcGIS is used to calculate the factor resistance surface, and principal component analysis is used. The weight of each resistance factor is calculated by the method, and finally the comprehensive cumulative resistance surface of the study area is obtained after the weighted and superimposed resistance factors. The resistance factor is analyzed, its characteristics are analyzed, and comprehensive treatment measures for coal mining subsidence area are proposed. After the above analysis process, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Based on the theory of ecosystem service value, use the GIS platform to build a scoring mechanism for the weight of ecological functions in the study area. From the random arrangement in space,it can be found that the random arrangement of this mechanism is related to social production activities, economic activities, soil damage, climate and temperature. It can be seen from the distribution of human engineering activities that the extremely important areas are mainly distributed in the main urban area and mining area,as well as on both sides of the road. From the perspective of the spatial distribution of land use types, the extremely important areas are mainly urban villages and industrial and mining land, and the land use types in areas where ecosystem service functions are not important are mainly forest land.In terms of altitude, extremely important areas are mainly distributed in areas with an altitude of about 1000 m,where human engineering activities are complex and easily damaged. From the topographical point of view, extremely important areas are mainly distributed in areas with gentle slopes.(2)Based on the geological hazard evaluation index system,a statistical method was used to build a landslide sensitivity prediction model in the study area.By comparing the model prediction results,it was found that the prediction accuracy of the coupled model was higher than that of the single model.Human engineering activities, slope and elevation are important factors that affect the occurrence of landslides.(3)Based on landscape ecology, the analysis results of the importance of ecosystem services and the sensitivity of geological disasters were integrated to identify the risk sources. The results showed that the central urban area and the coal mining disturbance area are the main risk source areas, which are the key points in ecological restoration.Governance area. The weight of the resistance factor index was obtained by using the principal component analysis method. The calculation results show that the distance from the road is an important resistance factor in the ecological restoration of the coal mining subsidence area. The area closer to the road is more affected by human engineering activities, and the resistance value is lower, the more it is necessary to carry out ecological restoration and management work. The comprehensive cumulative resistance value of the study area increases with the distance from the coal mining subsidence area, and the urgency of ecological restoration decreases.
