Logistics Industry Agglomeration In Bohai Rim Region Research On Improving Low-carbon Logistics Capability

With the acceleration of the whole integration process,the world economic structure is constantly adjusted,and regional coordinated development has gradually become the mainstream trend of China’s development.In September,2015,the Outline of Cooperation and Development in the Bohai Rim Region adopted by the State Council clearly put forward the overall strategy of accelerating the cooperation and development in the Bohai Rim region.The integrated development of the Bohai Rim region has become a national strategy,which not only helps to provide policy dividends for the rapid development of the Bohai Rim region,but also points out the direction for its future development.Logistics,as the pillar industry of China’s national economy,has brought powerful impetus to regional economic growth.Faced with fierce social competition and complex social needs,enterprises in fixed areas have gradually formed a new development model,that is,logistics industry agglomeration,in order to strengthen their own strength.Industrial agglomeration links enterprises together,which not only reduces operating costs and forms economies of scale,but also has a great impact on the promotion of regional low-carbon logistics capabilities.Therefore,this thesis studies the agglomeration of logistics industry and the promotion of lowcarbon logistics capacity in the Bohai Rim region,which is of great significance to the economic growth,modernization and low-carbon development of logistics industry in the Bohai Rim region.First of all,under the background of regional coordinated development,lowcarbon concept deeply rooted in people’s hearts,and the proposal of Bohai Rim development plan,the necessity of research on logistics industry agglomeration and low-carbon logistics capability improvement in Bohai Rim region is put forward.At the same time,the logistics industry agglomeration and low-carbon logistics capacity are analyzed,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,based on the analysis of the overall development status and logistics development status of the Bohai Rim region,the location entropy method is used to measure and analyze the logistics industry agglomeration level in the Bohai Rim region.Then,through literature analysis,the evaluation index system of low-carbon logistics capability is constructed,and the fuzzy matter-element method is used to evaluate the low-carbon logistics capability of Bohai Rim region.Finally,considering that the factors affecting the low-carbon logistics capability are diversified,the economic development level,information technology level,human capital,logistics resource utilization rate and urbanization level are introduced as control variables,and multiple linear regression model is selected to study the impact of logistics industry agglomeration in Bohai Rim region on low-carbon logistics capability through unit root test,cointegration test and Granger causality test,and suggestions are put forward to improve the low-carbon logistics capability in Bohai Rim region from the perspective of regional and industry development.
