| Benzotriazole UV stabilizers(BUVSs)have broad-spectrum UV absorption ability and are widely added to various industrial products and personal care products. In recent years,BUVSs have been frequently detected in environment, biota and human body. These compounds were found to be persistent and bioaccumulative in environment and were potentially toxic to organisms. However, the existing studies on the ecological effects of BUVSs mostly focus on their individual exposure.Few studies pay attention to the bioaccumulation potential of BUVSs and their combined exposure with heavy metals. In order to improve the ecological risk assessment of BUVSs,this paper studied the bioaccumulation kinetics of these compounds in common carp and explored the possible effects of copper on their bioaccumulation. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Under laboratory conditions, the uptake and depuration of six common BUVSs in common carp and the effects of different concentrations of copper were explored.GC-MS was used to determine the concentration of target compounds in four tissues of fish including liver, kidney, gill, and muscle. The results showed that the six target compounds were accumulated in fish, and Cu can affect on the bioconcentration of BUVSs,which is mainly an inhibition. And the inhibition was enhanced with the increase of copper concentration.(2)The two-box model was used to fit the uptake curve to obtain the kinetic parameters of bioaccumulation of BUVSs in carp.Bioconcentration factor(BCF)and half-life(t1/2)of target compounds ranged from 5.73(UV-PS in kidney)~1076(UV-327 in liver)L/kg and 2.19(UV-PS in kidney)~31.5(UV-320 in liver)d,respectively. The presence of copper leads to a decrease in k2,resulting in an increase of BCF.(3)The distribution of BUVSs in the four tissues of common carp follows liver>kidney>gill>muscle.Cu led to an increase in the concentration ration of BUVSs in kidney and a decrease in liver, but this will not completely change the tissue-specific distribution mentioned above. |
