The accident rate of B open-pit mine technology has been decreasing year by year,but the accident rate of human error is still high.The transportation section is an operation section with a high incidence of accidents in the B open-pit mine.The main cause of the accident is that the transportation driver failed to perceive the safety information in a timely and effective manner.As an important carrier of safety information guidance,safety signs play an important role in reminders of hidden dangers and accident prevention.Therefore,the research focuses on the safety signs of hidden road sections,and takes "status quo analysis-effectiveness evaluation-optimization research-guarantee strategy" as the logical main line to expound the current situation and problems of safety signs in B open-pit mine;extract the effectiveness of open-pit mine safety signs through qualitative analysis.Influencing factors,and constructing a conceptual model of the factors influencing the effectiveness of safety signs,to evaluate the effectiveness of safety signs in openpit mines;further using the spatial clue experiment paradigm to design behavioral experiments to explore the effect of safety sign location attributes on the optimization of safety signs in the transportation section of open-pit mines.Finally,it proposes a security sign optimization effect guarantee strategy.The main conclusions are as follows:⑴The statistical analysis of accidents was carried out by text mining,and the types of safety signs in the transportation section of the B open pit mine and their role scenarios were elaborated.Through text mining analysis,it is concluded that the failure of safety signs is one of the main causes of B open pit mine transportation accidents,and the safety signs of the transportation section are divided into 4 categories,a total of 22 kinds,and combined with visual management,the safety signs can play their greatest safety benefits under the conditions of special road sections,emergencies,and harsh environments.⑵Using the grounded theory to determine the factors affecting effectiveness,the information science is introduced to construct an index system for the effectiveness of safety signs and to evaluate the level.Using the semi-open interview three-level coding to determine the effectiveness of safety signs,4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators were determined,and the conceptual model of influencing factors of safety sign effectiveness was drawn by introducing intelligence science,and the index system of safety sign effectiveness was determined.The G1 sequence relationship-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the safety signs in the hidden road section of the B open pit mine,and the 12 secondary indicators of the influencing factors are divided into 4 levels according to the order of importance and effectiveness according to the evaluation results,and the Boston matrix is used to determine that the experimental optimization attribute with the highest importance and the lowest effectiveness is the position attribute.⑶Using the experimental paradigm of spatial clue task,the influence of safety sign attributes on the optimization of safety sign effect is revealed.By controlling the presentation interval and presentation height of safety signs,the following conclusions are drawn by controlling the presentation interval and presentation height of safety signs: the optimal presentation interval of safety signs transmitting the same information in the p-segment is 1500 ms,and it is more effective when placed at the same height,and the optimal presentation interval is 150 ms when the safety signs are assembled,which verifies the experimental hypothesis.⑷The safety marking improvement measures and the effectiveness optimization effect guarantee measures of the B open pit mine transportation section are proposed.On the basis of experimental research,the safety signs of the transportation section of the B open pit mine are optimized.In order to ensure the optimization effect,relevant measures are proposed from four aspects: daily management of safety signs,cognitive management,working environment,and organizational management level.In the future,physiological measuring instruments can be used to further analyze the influence of the attributes of dynamic safety signs on the effectiveness of safety signs,guide the optimization design of safety signs,and realize the dynamic interaction between people and signs.The paper has 31 diagrams,20 tables,and 69 references.
