| Nowadays,with the continuous reduction of coal reserves in society,the complex and changeable coal structure in some areas has seriously restricted the coal mining and utilization of coal resources,and it is also easy to cause work accidents,seriously endangering the safety of life and property.The coal mass forms different joint structures under the change of geological movement.When the coal mining face is close to different coal mass joint structures in production,the mining work is easy to form a stress concentration area around the joint contact surface,resulting in the change of shearer cutting process parameters and affecting the cutting performance.Therefore,this paper studies the cutting characteristics of shearer drum under different coal joint structures,and analyzes the influence of coal joint structure on the cutting performance of shearer drum,which has certain practical value for the study of coal mining under different coal joint structures.Based on the actual coal conditions in Shaqu No.2 Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group,this paper uses discrete element analysis software to set the material parameters and the geometry of different coal joint structures,and establishes the discrete element model of the corresponding structure.The MG500/1180-WD sand shaft coal concentrator drum is used for three-dimensional simulation,and the motion parameters are input into the discrete element software for digital simulation.By controlling variables,three factors affecting the cutting performance of coal machine drum are studied,namely coal joint angle,coal machine drum and drum drag speed.The research shows that under the condition that the rotating speed,traction speed and cutting depth of the helical drum remain unchanged,with the gradual increase of the joint angle of the coal body,the three-direction force on the drum increases gradually,the coal breaking rate of the drum gradually decreases,and the cutting of the drum gradually decreases.The energy consumption of the cutting ratio gradually increases,and the corresponding coal mining efficiency gradually decreases;Under the condition that the coal joint angle,traction speed and cutting depth of the spiral drum remain unchanged,with the gradual increase of the rotation speed of the spiral drum,the three-dimensional force on the drum gradually decreases,the coal breaking rate of the drum increases gradually,and the drum cuts The specific energy consumption is gradually reduced,and the corresponding coal mining efficiency is gradually improved;Under the condition that the coal joint angle,drum rotation speed and cutting depth of the spiral drum remain unchanged,with the gradual increase of the pulling speed of the drum,the three-directional force on the drum gradually increases,the coal breaking rate of the drum gradually increases,and the drum cut The energy consumption of the cutting ratio is gradually reduced,and the corresponding coal mining efficiency is gradually improved.The orthogonal experiment is designed,and the coal breaking rate and cutting specific energy consumption of shearer drum are taken as the evaluation indexes to analyze the significance of the above three factors under the condition of multiple factors.When the coal breaking rate is taken as the evaluation index,the influence of coal joint angle is the largest and the influence of traction speed is the smallest.The best combination scheme is that the coal joint angle is 30°,the drum speed is 40r/min and the traction speed is 6.5m/min.the coal breaking rate is the highest when the spiral drum is used for coal mining;When the cutting specific energy consumption is taken as the evaluation index,the influence of coal joint angle is the largest and the influence of drum speed is the smallest.The best combination scheme is coal joint angle of30°,drum speed of 40r/min and traction speed of 6.5m/min.the cutting specific energy consumption of spiral drum is the lowest when mining;Finally,the matrix analysis method is used to integrate and analyze the two evaluation indexes.It is obtained that under the comprehensive two indexes,the influence degree of coal joint angle is the largest and the influence degree of traction speed is the smallest.The best combination scheme is coal joint angle of 30°,drum speed of 40r/min and traction speed of 6.5m/min.the spiral drum has the best effect in coal mining.The paper has 29 figures,22 tables and 78 references. |
