| As one of the emerging industries of innovation and prosperity in China,the LNG industry plays a very important role in ensuring the quality development of the economy,stimulating economic growth,and improving the level of economic development at present.The spare parts procurement management of critical equipment in the LNG industry is an important measure and guarantee for the steady development of LNG receiving terminal,and it is also a hot topic of the current supply chain management.However,in the development process of the industry,there are still great development challenges for the LNG receiving terminal.For example,the terminal fails to form a sound supply chain structure,efficiency and cost omit to achieve trade-offs,and the core competitiveness of the enterprise needs to be further enhanced.J compony is taken as the research object.Firstly,the author discusses the opportunities and challenges faced in the development of the company.Under the guidance of procurement management relevant theories and methods,the author explains the current situation of the import spare parts procurement management of the company,analyses the corresponding problems existing in the of spare parts procurement management,and points out the urgency of improving the spare parts procurement management.Meanwhile,the author combs out the research methods and technical route.Secondly,the author finds out the ideas to solve the problems in the process of spare parts procurement management of the company through studying the relevant theoretical literature in recent years.In view of the company’s problems in the process of spare parts procurement management,the economic order quantity of spare parts is calculated according to economic order quantity model and safety stock model.Based on the above research,some measures are taken to optimize the collaborative management of spare parts demand,value the collaborative management of suppliers,and deploy the strategic cooperation with suppliers by carefully analyzing the practicalities of the company and material demand.Finally,strong safeguard measures are formed to assist the smooth implementation of the improvement measures via perfecting the procurement management institution,strengthening the construction of company’s cultural,optimizing the information system of procurement management,and improving the human resource management. |
