Development And Application Of Anti-pollen Allergy Fiber And Its Fabric

With the rise of functional textile materials and technologies and people’s requirements for textile and clothing,the types and properties of medical textile materials are increasing.Various research results show that it is feasible to combine traditional Chinese medicine and textiles to treat or relieve the condition of patients with pollen.This method can not only improve patients’ physique in daily life,but also not affect their normal life.This topic concentrates and purifiesthe traditional Chinese medicine with anti-allergy effect,refers to the traditional Chinese medicine prescription,and combines the properties of fiber and yarn to get the compound formula of traditional Chinese medicine,and then combines with the fiber.For design and manufacture of fiber,yarn weaving technology and process research,developed the corresponding textiles,technology and application of the new breed of fiber assembly structure yarn,self design based on functional fiber with natural Chinese medicine,integrated processing technology of differential fibre jet vortex spinning technology,developed a new type of structure of spinning technology and its series products.And reduce the excessive damage of TCM components during processing.By means of scanning electron microscope,Fourier infrared fabrics test,pollen inactivation rate test methods such as preliminary determine the resistance effect of pollen allergy better compound traditional Chinese medicine formula,then will get the Chinese medicine Chinese medicine complex prescription and viscose spinning blended fiber,test fiber mechanical properties of the two Chinese traditional medicine,DPPH free radical scavenging ability and hyaluronidase in vitro inhibition experiments were conducted to optimize the blend ratio of traditional Chinese medicine compound formula and viscose solution.Then,the traditional Chinese medicine fiber was spun into yarn,and the specifications of yarn were established by comprehensive analysis method.Finally,the fabric was woven to test its performance and study its application.Conclusions of this project:(1)The viscose fabric is soaked to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine fabric with traditional Chinese medicine ingredients.By scanning electron microscopy and Fourier infrared analysis of the adhesion rate of the effective components of Traditional Chinese medicine,using acetic acid magenta dyeing method to test the anti-pollen allergy of traditional Chinese medicine fabric,and finally concluded that the viscose fabric soaked by the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine has a good anti-pollen allergy effect.The best compound Chinese medicine formula was 1g paeonol,1g ginkgo biloba,1g sophora flavescens,0.8g difuzi,0.6g dichotomous cortex and 0.5g Cnidium fruit.(2)3% TCM fiber and 5% TCM fiber were obtained by blending the effective ingredients of compound TCM and the raw solution of viscose fiber.By testing the mechanical properties of the two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine fibers,the DPPH free radical scavenging ability and hyaluronidase inhibition rate of the two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine fibers were calculated.At the same time,considering the subsequent weaving process,the viscose fiber with 3% effective composition of traditional Chinese medicine was selected.(3)The data comprehensive analysis method was used to analyze 3% of the viscose fiber air-jet vortex spinning yarn of different lengths and fineness,and the yarn test results were judged by grey near-optimal comprehensive method.The ideal size of viscose fiber based on jet vortex spinning is 38 mm×1.55 dtex.(4)Physical properties of traditional Chinese medicine fabric: moisture permeability:the moisture permeability of 3% traditional Chinese medicine viscose fabric is significantly higher than that of pure viscose fiber;Permeability: the permeability of 3%traditional Chinese medicine viscose fabric is slightly higher than that of pure viscose fiber;Breaking strength: the transverse and longitudinal breaking strength of 3%Traditional Chinese medicine fabric is much smaller than that of pure viscose fabric,and the elongation at break is also reduced.The fabric is soft and comfortable with good air permeability and moisture permeability,which is suitable for patients with pollen allergy.(5)Application performance of fabric: the inhibition rate of hyaluronidase of 3%compound Traditional Chinese medicine fabric is 38.57%,and the simulation test shows that the fabric has a good improvement effect on relieving skin swelling.
