| With the rapid development of social economy,energy consumption intensifies,and non-renewable resources are increasingly exhausted,green and sustainable seaweed fibers emerge as the times require.Seaweed fiber has the characteristics of good comfort,high moisture absorption,antibacterial and mildew resistance,and good biocompatibility,which meets the requirements of green fiber materials in the new era.However,seaweed fiber has high production cost,low fiber strength,and poor fiber surface smoothness and cohesion,which is not conducive to the development of spinning and subsequent fabrics.In this experiment,combined with the performance characteristics of seaweed fibers,several spinning oils were selected to improve the spinnability of seaweed fibers.The design,development and optimization of seaweed fiber blended yarn and fabric are carried out,which provides a certain reference for the application of seaweed fiber in textile and clothing.First,the preparation and optimization of the seaweed fiber spinning oil was carried out.Test the basic properties of seaweed fibers,and select the appropriate smoothing agent,antistatic agent,cohesive agent,emulsifier,etc.according to the characteristics of the fiber.According to the theory of HLB value and related data,five kinds of oils for seaweed fiber spinning in different proportions were compounded.The oil agent and distilled water were compared together,and the performance analysis and spinning verification of the oil agent were carried out,and the most suitable seaweed fiber spinning oil agent was selected.Secondly,seven different blending ratios were spun by the ring spinning process.The seaweed/viscose fiber yarn was obtained,and the ring spinning process suitable for seaweed fiber blended yarn was discussed.The optimal blending ratio of seaweed/viscose fiber blended yarn;then,three different weave seaweed fiber blended knitted fabrics were designed and developed,the weaving points of weft knitted fabrics were expounded,and the basic properties of knitted fabrics were tested.The optimal theory is used to comprehensively evaluate the wearing properties of three knitted fabrics,and the most suitable seaweed fiber knitted fabric structure is obtained.The wearability of knitted fabrics was analyzed,and the effects of different seaweed fiber contents on the wearability of knitted fabrics such as air permeability,abrasion resistance,burst strength,water permeability,rigidity and flexibility,and warmth retention were analyzed.The best knitted fabric.Conclusion: Oil agent C(50% paraffin,2% SDBS,28% HEL-20,5% S-80,5% T-80,10% distilled water)has the best performance in improving the spinnability of seaweed fibers.Spraying appropriate distilled water can also improve the spinnability of seaweed fibers to a certain extent.With the increase of seaweed fiber content,the comprehensive properties of seaweed/viscose fiber blended yarns gradually decreased.When the blending ratio was 50/50,the strength and elongation properties of blended yarns were the best.The comfort of seaweed fiber knitted fabrics is better.The near-optimal degrees of 1+1 rib,rib air layer,and border knitted fabrics are 0.759,0.802,and 0.832,respectively.The wearing performance of border knitted knitted fabrics is relatively optimal.The mechanical properties and comfort of seaweed fiber knitted fabrics can meet the requirements of wearing performance.The fabrics with seaweed fiber content of 20% and 50% have relatively good comprehensive performance. |
