Anionic coordination chemistry is an indispensable part of supramolecular chemistry.Up to now, anionic coordination chemistry has received extensive attention due to its wide application prospect and far-reaching research significance. The mechanism of supramolecular self-assembly involved in this field is worth further exploration.Based on the study of anionic coordination chemistry,a series of new supramolecular assemblies were obtained by using o-phenyl bridged oligoureas as ligand and modifying its ligand terminal. The self-assembly mechanism of urea group as coordination driving force and different size anions as coordination guidance was further studied. This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the introduction and briefly introduces the research background, research ideas, development history and recent development of supramolecular chemistry and anionic coordination chemistry. Moreover, the research purpose and significance of this paper was summarized and putted forward. The second chapter mainly introduces the ligand synthesis and characterization of solution aspects:The ligand design ideas of this paper refer to the previous work of our research group,we designed and synthesized the o-phenyl bridged tri-urea ligand L~S,which introduced chiral groups at its terminal, and its enantiomer tri-urea ligand L~R.In this chapter, its NMR and mass spectrometry data were characterized, and a series of self-assembly experiments were tried and tested, and it was found that it had a strong binding effect with chloride ion and phosphate ion.We carried out a series of NMR titration, and analyzed and explained the changes of its NMR spectrum. In chapter 3,we obtained single crystal structures of the complexes by ether diffusion method. We cultured the ligand with chloride ion, phosphate and carbonate ion and finally obtained the crystal structure with chloride, carbonate and phosphate ions.In addition, the crystal of these complexes were characterized by NMR,MASS spectrometry and circular dichroism. The differences and commonality of the three self-assembled complexes were analyzed, and the guiding effect of different size anions on the structure of the supramolecular complexes was discussed.
