Problems And Countermeasures Of Digital Supervision Of Ecological Environment In Western Prefectures

Entering the 21 st century,China’s economic and social development is rapid,the general awareness of environmental protection of the people is seriously inadequate,resulting in soil erosion,desertification,biodiversity,air pollution and water pollution and many other environmental problems.The pressure of environmental supervision is increasing,and the traditional supervision mode can not adapt to the current new situation and new problems.Compared with the previous experiential and athletic environmental supervision,the digital supervision of ecological environment has the characteristics of precision,efficiency and convenience.This new environmental supervision mode greatly improves the efficiency of environmental supervision.The pressure,problems and new demands of environmental supervision in Western Prefectures urge them to try digital supervision gradually.Since the construction of the environmental monitoring system in 2008,through continuous improvement and upgrading,the environmental supervision mode is no longer passive,the number of problems discovered has greatly increased,some achievements have been made in the supervision work,and the ability of Prefectures to protect the environment has been further improved.However,from the operation situation in recent years,there are many problems in the digital supervision of ecological environment in Prefectures,which restrict its good operation and improvement of supervision efficiency,and cannot fully realize the fine,efficient,standardized and normalized environmental supervision.This paper takes digital supervision of ecological environment in Western prefectures as the research object.Firstly,a lot of literature is consulted to clarify the research content.Taking Western Prefecture Z city as a case,the case analysis structure is established through relevant theories of government supervision.Secondly,the present situation of the case is analyzed.The current situation of Z city in Western China was comprehensively analyzed by referring to the data I consulted,the primary data I mastered in my work and the data I obtained from interview and research,and in-depth interview and research were conducted on several departments and personnel of digital supervision of ecological environment in Z City,a Prefecture in Western China.Thirdly,through case analysis,interview and other research methods,combining empirical and theoretical research,the existing problems and causes are analyzed.Multi-dimensional review of digital supervision of ecological environment in Western Prefectures,in-depth analysis of the main problems of digital supervision of ecological environment in Western Z city,namely the municipal command coordination ability insufficiency,the ecological environment of digital regulation inefficiency,many "isolated islands" in the information systems of various departments,and the digital supervision of ecological environment is poorly handled.It points out that the main reasons for the problems are the conflict between the digital supervision of ecological environment and the traditional administrative system,the lack of supervision of the digital supervision of ecological environment,the insufficient information sharing among the various departments of the digital supervision of ecological environment,and the shortage of supervision personnel.Finally,according to the relevant theory of public administration and other Prefectures in China to carry out ecological environment digital supervision work experience,put forward countermeasures.To solve the practical difficulties in the current supervision work of digital ecological environment,we should construct a perfect administrative system of ecological environment digital supervision,optimize the supervision and evaluation mechanism of ecological environment digital supervision,construct the information sharing mechanism of ecological environment digital supervision,and train professional supervision team of ecological environment digital supervision.The ecological environment quality of western China is very important for the national ecological environment protection,but the environmental supervision situation of Western Prefecture Z city,a resource-based city,is more serious.This study not only helps to improve the digital supervision mode of ecological environment in Prefectures in Western China,improve the work efficiency of environmental supervision,and give full play to the application value of digital supervision platform,but also can optimize the environmental management system and mechanism,and other cities in China can also take appropriate reference in the digital supervision of ecological environment.
