With the development of information,corporate financial management has gradually moved towards modernization,which has promoted the improvement of corporate financial management efficiency.In the past,affected by factors such as different financial management standards,the financial management methods of enterprises appeared to be incompatible,which in turn caused problems such as rising operating costs and inconsistent accounting standards,which was not conducive to the stable operation of enterprises.With the emergence of the financial shared service center,a certain way to solve these problems has been brought.Under this circumstance,it is of great value to study the construction of corporate financial shared service centers.Therefore,this article mainly takes Jiangxi Copper Group as an example to analyze the construction of its financial shared service center.This article first elaborates the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,etc.,to further clarify the research theme of this article;then it explains related concepts and theories,which include business process reengineering theory,organization flattening theory,and cost leadership strategy theory;Analyze the current situation of Jiangxi Copper Group’s financial management,including the group’s financial structure,financial management,etc.,and analyze the problems in financial management;then analyze the construction of Jiangxi Copper Group’s financial shared service center,and elaborate the construction goals,Construction principles,construction content,etc.;finally,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.Through analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the financial management of Jiangxi Copper Group,including insufficient financial management,many risks in financial management,and high financial management costs.Based on this,this article proposes a plan to build a financial shared service center,including core and business process improvement,information system construction,operation management system design,and core business planning and supervision.This article also proposes corresponding safeguard measures,including perfecting the preparation of office space and equipment purchase,providing necessary financial support and policy promotion,etc.,in order to better guarantee the effective operation of the group’s financial shared service center.
