| In recent years, there are many studies on the exposure risk of pesticide residues in food to people.China’s rural population is large, agricultural knowledge is relatively backward, and overuse of pesticides exists in some areas. However, there were relatively few reports on pesticide pollution level of self-use agricultural products in China’s rural areas and health risks caused by pesticide pollution to residents. In this paper,238 self-use agricultural products in 13 different villages and towns in five typical regions of China were collected, including 63 vegetables,60 fruits,63 grains and 52 meat-eggs.This study established an analytical method for 40 pesticides in agricultural products, detected the pesticide pollution level of self-use agricultural products in villages and towns in typical regions of China, and evaluated the pesticide exposure risk of residents through eating self-use agricultural products. The main results are as follows:1.Combined with Qu ECh ERS technology and solid phase extraction pretreatment technology,a method for pesticide analysis and quantification based on liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometer was established. The R~2of 40 standard pesticides were greater than 0.99 in the concentration range of 1-200ng/g,showing a good linear relationship. The recoveries of four kinds of agricultural products, vegetables, fruits, cereals, meat and eggs were between 60%and 109%,with RSD less than or equal to 16%.The LOQ of the method was between 0.0002 and 1.1508ng/g.2.The detection rate of fungicides such as fenecycloazole and carbendazim was high in agricultural products from five typical regions in China, and the neonicotinoid pesticide imidacloprid was also widely detected. At least one pesticide was detected in various agricultural products, even more than 6 kinds of pesticides were detected in 70%fruit samples.Pesticide residues were highest in fruits and lowest in meat and eggs.Pesticide residues in all samples were lower than the MRL of pesticides in agricultural products stipulated in national standard GB-2763-2021.3.According to the health risk model of pesticide residues in agricultural products, acute, chronic and cumulative risk coefficients of agricultural products for consumption in the study area were all less than 1.From the analysis of the types of agricultural products, the chronic risk and cumulative risk of eating fruit were larger; From the perspective of regional comparison, the acute exposure risk of diphenthrin in fruits of Shanghai and vegetables of Liaoning were higher. In general, biphenthrin, thiazinone, chlorpyrifos and other pesticides contributed significantly to the cumulative exposure risk should be paid more attention. |
